  Business meeting

  This is my third time staying at this hotel and have been equally pleased with the cleanliness and friendliness of the facility. Keep up the great work. Had a good dinner at next door. TenPen bowling next door was clean and bright with a Full bar.

  I love staying at this hotel

  Every few years I am very luck y to travel for work and this is the hotel we always stay at. Super staff, nice rooms, great hot tub (with waterfall), and excellent breakfast. I do not travel with my family, but if you are they have a great pool and kid play land water park. Parents can enjoy sitting in chairs or even the hot tub and keep an eye on their kiddos. Excellent service - I highly recommend.

  Should have stayed elsewhere

  Expected vigilance in regards to cleanliness and employee interaction with guests. Room was clearly not thoroughly cleaned and none of the employees I interacted with wore masks or maintained social distancing.

  Extended medical stay

  Really appreciated Carol and her staff. They looked to satisfy all our needs with a caring approach. They made the best of a challenging medical experience. Room was clean and spacious and the staff did a great job during the covid timeframe.

  Baaaaaaaaad

  This service is not only the worst hotel service i have ever received from desk manager"Nate" , but the worst customer service i have actually received at any place of business. Very ridiculous and childish and not competent at basic job tasks. There was an error checking in which was a simple fix that took some time with slow service and no empathy, the hotel toilet was running on arrival and didn't function well. When desk notified nothing done, a very local call to a cell phone down the street was called and billed to my credit card with the brilliant explanation that a cell phone could be anywhere in the state. Lmao. I did actually swear at one point during the conversation and was warned. Then when the child like manager didn't like what i was saying as he attempted to talk over me he hung up on me. When i called back and asked for his name and supervisor name he again hung up on me. I called back and this clown put me on a long hold before answering refusing to give me his supervisors name and hung up again. I then called back a little later and asked to speak to the manager. He said they aren't in. He said you can have their voice-mail which i said would be perfect then he proceeded to tell me how they would handle the situation where i responded i just wanted the voice mail and didn't care for me of his opinion. To which the child like desk manager hung up again. I called yet again and this time the child like manager didn't even say a word answering the phone put it in hold for a bit then transferred it to voice-mail. They had previously charged me a smaller amount and it must have been for phone but after multiple unanswered or not returned calls to figure out the nature of charges i forgot about them. If you like terrible service and bad behavior in strongly recommend nate and his staff. They also checked me outta my room hours before check out because he didn't see my car in the parking lot. What a train wreck this place is.
