  Not pleased

  Concert evening. Traveled 2 hrs. The room had chips on the floor apon getting there. The hot tub wasn't clean really. Family reunion was loud across the hall. Just not a great experience. Will stay elsewhere if I am ever in the area again.

  Horrible

  I came to relax and get away from the stresses I was hoping thru. Came to visit family and friends. Was expecting to have a relaxing night. But I didn't. I told them when I left about the place. I should've told them when I got there. But then I'd have to pack everything back up and move 2 kids to another room. Yea sounds easy but its not

  good time in KATO

  need some new fabric on the couch in our room (dirty and old?)? coffee was good. 2nd floor could use an ice machine. Staff was great. check in was easy as check out. It rained all night. 200 characters is way too much typeing, thanks

  Family visit / leisure

  This is the only hotel I. The area I choose to stay at because we have never had a bad experience yet. Staff and facilities are always fantastic. The only recommendations we can give is to improve the Hot Tub, it was not working properly. It was cool not hot

  Exploiting Customers in name of Covid protocol.

  The hotel has technically opened with great publicity but only with skeleton staff, services & functions, to encash its old reputation. Presently working with bare 10% staff. For example, front office had 6 executives&2 duty managers but presently 1 duty manager and 1 exec manage the reception in a manner like Paharganj hotel. Ground floor bears a haunted look. Even after remaining shut for 8 months, the room maintenance is far from reality. Initially allotted room was too hot. The 2nd room electric kettle was not working and finally diagnosed that the concerned switch is defective. Similarly, bathroom sliding door remained open despite all efforts. It took one hour to repair it.It seems as if I come here to get their defective rooms repaired.. The restaurant refused us food due to rush at 8 pm. Finally , I had sumptuous meal at nearby Haldiram outlet. Room tv has barely 10 channels of hotels choice.The overall management approach is to maximise it's earnings and make good the Vividh period losses with minimum services. Overall, present Country Inn is not even a shadow of its glorious past and not advisable to anyone till services are restored
