  Servicio al cliente pésimo

  Como mencioné las personas de servicio al cliente estaban siempre de mal humor pedir algo era imposible tenían una cara de enojados y realmente fue difícil siquiera pedir alguna ayuda sobre el pueblo muy mal servicio

  Sólo una noche - Normal

  Me pareció bueno, límpio, la habitación era grande y cómoda con todas las facilidades. Cerca de la 55 y a 45 minutos de Chicago. Buen lugar para pasar la noche y estar cerca de la ciudad. Tiene algunos restaurantes cerca.

  Clean and very comfortable

  Great place very comfortable and super friendly staff. We were there for 2 nights and were very happy with the service. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was neatly done for grab and go. hotel is practising social distancing for COVID regulations. Employees had mask on. Very safe greatly recommend the place.

  Very nice hotel

  My wife and I flew in to Chicago to pick stuff up from an auction. We chose this hotel because of the value and the location we needed to be in. The price was amazing and the room was just a good. Very spacious and cozy. Well worth the value and friendliness of the staff. Will certainly stay again if in the area

  Pleasant but a bit odd

  We've stayed here in the past, always clean, friendly and courteous. Same complaint is they do not have a garbage outside the doors for you to deposit what your pet leaves behind. A bit hard to clean it.up with no where to take it. I find the set up within a suite is a bit odd. Bedroom is in the back where there is a large window, the family area (living space) is located as soon as you walk in, but there is no window. You recieve natural light through a clear glass door that blocks off the bedroom for noise. Those who were across the hall from us must live there, shocking since it isn't dirt cheap to stay there. They had THREE (3) Pitbulls, all very nice but must have chewed up furniture because everytime they came and went, fiber stuffing would trail out into the hallway. Also, be prepared for about 24hrs a day on the main floor (north hallway) to be overcome with the fragrance of Mary Jane. Didn't bother me any, but those with children may have an issue. All and all good stay, we probably will stay there again since we have family near Nd this is the 3rd time we booked with them. Call them first before booking with hotel.com, they will give you a better rate.
