  El hotel está completamente nuevo, el servicio excelente. El personal muy atento y profesional. Las habitaciones son amplias. El desayuno muy bueno. Todo muy limpio. Incluye Wifi. Estacionamiento gratuito.

  Ok, but it needs attention

  Refrigerator on ,but not cold....no control to turn it colder. Bathroom fan very noisy. Mold between bathtub and tile This was a suite which you would expect better. That's all I have to say....why do you need 200 characters?

  Disappointed

  We were very tired when we arrived and was assigned a room where we found someone had slept on the bed and left the heater on 90 degrees. We were assigned another room. The mattress were bumpy and the sheets scratchy. We were very disappointed with this Country Inn and Suites.

  BYOT! (Bring your own towels!)

  I preface this by saying that I TOTALLY understand and abide by COVID precautions at hotels during this pandemic. I know there is no daily housekeeping, and I gladly put my trash and used towels outside my door for collection. But, after staying for two nights in two rooms (at a tune of $700), I asked for our first replacement towels on the morning we were checking out and I was told, we dont have any towels! I asked, wait, you mean for $180 per room per night, we cant get one replacement towel? The front desk girl told me maam, they took all the towels last night. I asked, well, are they washing them? Yes, but it will be several HOURS to get any towels. This is ridiculous, COVID or not. This is probably our 10th hotel stay during COVID, and it is my first and last at a Country Inn and Suites.

  Marriott level hotel without the price tag.

  Clean room, fluffy towels, comfortable bed. Got the room I booked online, with a king sized room. The room was clean, very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was huge, fan a little loud but nothing crazy. We only stayed overnight on the way down to FL. Nice price for just a place to sleep. My only whine is that when we got there the TP roll only had about a 1/4 of a roll left... I had to call and ask for more. Usually the rolls are new and theres a few backups. Felt a little embarrassing to ask and send my fiancé to get it from the front desk.
