  Excelente hotel

  Muy buen hotel con un muy buen servicio, el personal muy preocupado de que tu estancia fuese muy agradable y las habitaciones grandes y cómodas, con dos camas king-size, la verdad es que tuvimos una estancia maravillosa y muy recomendable. Volveremos por allí cuando volvamos a Fayetteville.

  Excelente!

  Estuve por viaje de trabajo, la atención fue muy buena, la habitación muy limpia y amplia. El servicio del desayuno bueno, bar y la recepcionista también fueron muy amables. La ubicacion es muy buena, cercana a variedad de comercios a pie, inclusive varios restaurants frente al hotel.

  Infested w/ Prostitutes

  The hotel appeared nice enough at "first" look. It's located in a nice area w/ nearby restaurants. We booked for 3 nights; but, departed after second night. After check-in we discovered that there was only one(1) elevator ... strike 1 ... our room on the second floor could not have been any further from the elevator & it was in the very back corner of the hotel ... over-looking the back parking lot ... strike 2. The final strike occurred on the second night of our stay ... a Saturday. About 11pm, we started hearing "loud" voices & screams coming from the parking lot below our room & slamming doors every 10 minutes just down the hall from our room ... I believe 10 minutes is about how long the prostitutes spent w/ each trick ... and from the loud voices & screams it appeared that the prostitutes stayed very busy throughout the night. This abhorrent behavior lasted until about 4am. The next morning I advised the clerk at the front desk of what had transpired during the night. He acted like he was shocked; but, I believe he knew exactly what I was talking about ... he tried to put the onus on me ...saying I should have called the police. FYI; this was at a time when the Coronavirus was rampant in the area ... the police were not responding to non-emergency calls ... I know, b'cuz I did call them .. and they did not come. So, a word to the wise ... if you like staying in reputable hotels w/ nice, quiet & comfortable rooms ... don't book at this hotel.

  Hotel is too old and service is lacking

  1) When I checked into the room, the refrigerator had not been cleaned out from the previous guest 2) The thermostat did not work 3) Breakfast service was supposed to start at 6 am. When I went down at 6 there was no one working in the restaurant 4) When I shared this feedback with the hotel manager, I was told the appropriate people would be notified. Not even an attempt to do something for me. Obviously customer satisfaction is not a priority at this hotel. I typically look to stay at courtyard hotels. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a courtyard. Find another hotel to stay at.

  Nice room, thin walls

  I thought The hotel was nice and the room was nice. Everything was clean and the staff was very polite. The only problem I found was thin walls because I could hear people around me. Overall though it was a good stay.
