  EL MEJOR COURTYARD AL QUE HE IDO

  Nos hospedamos con mi familia durante 8 noches. El hotel muy bien ubicado en Greenhills, a solo 5 minutos caminando del mall, cerca de todo y con un linda zona donde caminar o correr. El hotel es de estilo inglés por fuera, y por dentro un lobby de techo alto te impresiona. La atención es muy buena, las chicas de recepción siempre muy atentas, al igual que el chico que estaciona los autos y el maletero. El hotel tiene una piscina al aire libre en el último piso, un gimnasio, y un lindo patio interior. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas. Aunque no tiene servicio de habitaciones y el rstaurant sólo funciona en el desayuno y en las noches, lo recomiendo 100%

  Fantastic Service

  So, my family and I are moving to Wyoming (from Louisiana) and stayed at the Marriott Courtyard Green Hills/Nashville location. My wife and daughters were in one vehicle and I was in a U-haul towing my vehicle. We didnt have to wait long for great service after we arrived at the hotel. Two employees moved cars to another locale so I could park closely to the hotel. Also, one employee (Michele) was so friendly and helpful at check in. She was so nice and joked with us and made us smile (we were tired and hot). Super friendly and helpful staff (they even gave our dog Piper a treat) really made our day and put some fun in our tiring trip. Kudos to them!!

  Good not great

  The hotel seems pretty new and has some nice features but some things we didn't care for. First the room seemed small and the couch in it was put there to look nice not be comfortable. We reserved a room online weeks prior with a king size bed and we got a queen. Not a huge problem but I should get what I paid for. The check in was easy the gentleman at the desk was friendly and professional. But he failed to fill us in on anything in the hotel other than the pool. So we had to ask lots of questions. Again not deal breaker but all in all the hotel was very clean and new. It just wasn't for us. I prefer a hotel that's clean and comfortable. This one's focus seemed to be trying to be trendy. Next time we visit I'll find a different place to stay

  Dont get what you pay for

  My son and I called this property on the way thru Nashville 12/7 and inquired about a room . We asked 2 questions ...does this property have free breakfast and does it have a workout room . The answer was yes to both so we booked a room . Next morning we worked out and went to breakfast and informed the attendant we had a free breakfast but when I looked at my bill when I returned to Charlotte was surprised that I was charged 38.70 for breakfast . Called the property and was told that I was not given the rate for free breakfast and that she would talk with the gentleman that told us it was free. She would not honor their word which is big in my book . Had I know there were other rates I would of paid more .Could of stayed else where for less and had a breakfast

  Not recommended

  Booked this place on our cross country trip. Ordered the breakfast option. They did not inform me of a breakfast options when I checked in. In addition they would only give me one coupon they would not give me another coupon for my nine-year-old daughter. Also there is a pool which looks lovely. When I asked the staff tonight we checked in they told us it opens at 8 AM. It doesnt open until 10 AM. The woman told us it was because it was there was precipitation however there was no precipitation at the time. In addition you have to pay $20 extra for parking which is not worth it. Do not recommend. Staff also not very friendly nor helpful.
