  Un personal amable

  Pasé una noche aquí pero me habría gustado quedarme más tiempo. El hotel era muy bonito, estaba muy bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de restaurantes y el personal era muy amable. Durante el breve tiempo que pasamos allí disfrutamos de un servicio maravilloso. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia y muy bien decorada aunque es un poco más caro de lo que normalmente estoy dispuesto a pagar.

  Un hotel fantástico

  Nos alojamos aquí entre el nueve y el diez de junio, para el concierto de Kenny Chesney ¡Que hotel tan impresionante! Nos registramos sin problemas. La habitación era amplia, con unas bonitas vistas de la ciudad. Disponen de un servicio de transporte que te lleva justo hasta el parque de PNC y allí te deja. Cuando el concierto acaba te vienen a recoger. El personal muy agradable y todo resultó excelente.

  Excelente experiencia

  Visitamos la ciudad de Pittsburgh, especialmente para acudir al juego de Browns Vs. Steelers. Aunque fue una visita rápida de 3 días, este hotel tiene todo lo que uno necesita, excelentes instalaciones y muy céntrico para llegar al estadio Heinz inclusiva caminando. Realmente volvería a hospedarme ahí y el precio en comparación con otros de la misma categoría, excelente

  A HIDDEN GEM!

  We ended up staying here for 5 months while visiting family from late June through early November. Overall, from the second we arrived to the moment we left, our stay was absolutely phenomenal. The staff could not of been nicer, the rooms were super clean and spacious, the beds were really comfortable, the location was central and perfect. Most importantly, the hotel was taking every COVID precaution possible. We felt super safe at all times. Staff: Every single staff member was wearing a mask at all times from front desk to housekeeping. Both Chris, the general manager, and Lisa, the director of sales could not of been nicer to us. They treated us like family throughout our entire stay, and made us feel like we were the only guests staying at the hotel. We couldnt thank them enough for all that theyve done for us. Jim, the assistant general manager was super super friendly. He could not of been nicer as well. He definitely deserves a huge shoutout. Chantz, one of the evening front desk associates, was extremely friendly!! He has incredible customer service skills, and treated us like royalty! He is awesome!! George, the night manager, was super friendly. He always had a smile on his face, and treated us like family. Such a great guy!! Madison, (I think she spells it Madisyn) one of the morning front desk associates was very friendly as well. She took really good care of us throughout our stay. She deserves a huge shoutout. All of the staff overall were amazing. They really took COVID seriously, and made sure all of guests were wearing a mask at all times. Rooms: All of the rooms at this hotel from floors 3-9 have high ceilings. The rooms on the 2nd floor, however do not have high ceilings. We stayed in rooms 927, 928, and 424. 928 is a standard king room that overlooked the courtyard area. That room is super spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. There were no musty smells or hidden odors in this room. It was very pure and allergy friendly. 927 is a city view king room that had an amazing view of downtown Pittsburgh. The room was extremely spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable Courtyard beds I have ever slept in. The room was very clean and didnt ever smell musty. It was super allergy friendly. 424 is a standard king room that overlooked the courtyard area. The bed was comfortable and the room had no musty smells or odors. We brought our service dog along with us, and this was the room she stayed in with one of us. Amenities: There is no pool at this hotel, however all of the amenities are on the 3rd floor. The fitness center, laundry facility, meeting spaces, and outdoor patio area are all located on this floor. The fitness center was open, but only 3 people maximum were allowed at a time due to COVID. They have a restaurant, The Standard which is connected to the hotel. It serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was open and is directly connected to the hotel. Their on-site Bistro which severed breakfast was closed due to COVID. Location/Safety/Parking: Yes, the hotel is located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. It is in a very safe part of town next to the convention center, surrounded by high-class local restaurants. Overall, the area surrounding the hotel was very safe. We never really encountered any shady people outside the hotel. Even a little after midnight. The hotel is very secure. You need a room key to enter the front door at all times. This made it really secure. You also need a key to access floors 2-9 in the elevator. I loved this feature, and I wish all hotels did this for security. Finally, you need a key to access the public restrooms on the first floor. Parking is valet only. Since we were there long-term, the staff cut the parking down in half which was super nice. Valet is $32 a night and is added to the room only if you have a vehicle. Conclusion: All in all, our stay here was beyond phenomenal!! If you are coming to Pittsburgh, you must give this hotel your business. This by-far was the nicest hotel I have stayed at in Pittsburgh. I have stayed at a ton. I would highly recommend staying here!!! We are already planing on staying here for sure the next time we visit Pittsburgh!! There is no better place than this hotel. To the whole staff, thank you for your kindness, your warm hospitality, and for following every COVID protocol. You all are amazing!!!! Thank you for everything.

  Parking and stay review

  I stayed one night at this hotel and I highly do not recommend this hotel. I was active duty military for 10 years and have stayed at hundreds of hotel. I paid for the valet service and the hotel staff parked my car in a lot that has zero cameras or security. My car was brought to the front and someone had broken into my car but there was no sign of forced entry. Meaning, my car was left unlocked or a staff member went through my belongings. My car was trashed and my belongings were thrown everywhere throughout the lot. The front desk response to me me was "these things happen." Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else.
