  Great hotel - great base to wineries

  Decided to take a mini vacation to Temecula for wine tasting and overall fun outing. We had 3 rooms; 2 regular and 1 King suite. Regular guest rooms were fine average size. Yes, as others have mentioned the design of the nightstand is weird has a drawer but cannot be opened. Other than that quirky item the room was equipped with mini refrigerator and coffee maker. Air conditioning worked well. Showers had the large dispenser each of shampoo and conditioner. Rooms totally clean and ready to go. The King suite was fantastic. Separate bedroom from living room large space in both areas. Due to Covid we decided to use the separate living room area for breakfast (I brought food from home since the restaurant was closed). Was perfect for the 6 of us to hang out the king suite also has a microwave and separate sink area which was perfect. The king suite walk in shower was very large loved it. Quick and easy check in I am Marriott platinum and they graciously allowed us 2 rooms (regular guest) earlier so we could put our bags before heading out to wine tasting. Front desk staff very nice and efficient; a pleasure talking to all of them. Staff all followed Covid protocols. Elevators also have signs only 2 guests per elevator. Currently no food service at hotel available. Free parking (always like that) and wifi worked perfect. Outside pool area was very nice with fire pit. We didnt have time to enjoy the pool or patio area but looks nice. Asked for late check out for the King suite room and it was honored which I appreciate. Hotel was close distance to the wineries we wanted to visit as well as the town where we had dinner. All 6 of us recommend this hotel as a great base to explore Temecula; great staff and very clean.

  Sadie at Front Desk is Awesome!

  We picked this hotel even though the Residence Inn next door was cheaper online. Im so glad we did! With hotels barely being open due to certain restrictions, what youre really paying for is just service and cleanliness. Our room was super clean and Sadie gave us excellent service at the Front Desk. We called in advance with some questions and Sadie answered them well. At arrival, she remembered us and repeated the notes discussed. Every time I saw her throughout the weekend she was busy but still friendly. Its hard to do 3 things at once and do them all well but she handles it all like a pro. The room itself was super clean and well laid out for our stay. We were in town for a wedding and it met our needs perfectly. I also want to give a shout out to the bathroom designer because the shower was one of the best Ive had in a Courtyard. Nice Courtyard view from the 4th floor, too.

  Very Nice Stay

  Hotel is very new and very modern looking. The room was clean a very well appointed. The bed was okay, I prefer something softer but still okay. Bathroom was clean and shower was wonderful. The bistro was still closed, not sure about the rooftop bar, they didn't say at check in. Would have been nice to have somewhere to get coffee and food on property. Easy drive to many wineries. Will stay again on another trip.

  Great property but...

  Ive stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and Ive really liked it and Ive always had a great experience except for today. I went to extend my stay an extra night and I had the displeasure of dealing with the general manager Amy. I had a good rate of @100 per night and when I asked to extend she said my rate would go to nearly $200. I said can we work on that a bit and she said no due to Covid we cant. I then inquired about housekeeping and she finally had somebody service my room. This experience would be great other than Amy. I stay at a lot of hotels and generally speaking most are really good and treat their customers well. Amy is a corporate shrill who only cares about profits and not guests. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work for her. Stay during the week and skip weekend stays here is my suggestion.

  Good stay in the Murietta/Temecula area!

  We just bought a home in the area and stayed here for two nights while awaiting furniture delivery/power turn on etc. It was a great place to stay for our purpose. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. Safety procedures were great. Our only complaints were that the faux wood floors seemed mushy in parts. Also, the bathroom door lock was faulty and my teen almost got locked in. There are plenty of food and shopping choices nearby. I would recommend and if we were ever to have a need to stay in a hotel in the area again we would.
