  Always great, but seriously- they found and saved my daughters apple watch

  I stay here regularly and this hotel is TOP NOTCH. They have assembled a staff that should be the envy of every other Marriott hotel. Seriously, Ive stayed in the Marquis in NYC, The Palace in SF- the service here is better. Last trip, My daughter joined me and accidentally left her Apple Watch in her room, it got taken down to the laundry, and thank goodness they shake out the sheets before they wash them- her watch was in there. She searched for days and as a last resort called the hotel - they had it, but since it was in sheets, they werent sure which room it came from. I happened to be arriving that evening for my weekly business trip - before I even got to the check in desk, employees recognized me and made a point to tell me they had my daughters watch at the front desk. The rooms are always clean, food is good, the building is a historic Art Deco gem and the staff is fantastic.

  Great Central location

  Walking distance to a lot of restaurantsand bars. No concerns about safety walking downtown. Room was nothing fancy but clean. Space heaters were used to keep the room and bathroom warm but one didn't work. Refrigerator but no microwave in the room.

  Love this hotel have stayed here multiple times over the years.

  This hotel is at a great location and always friendly and clean. They have a breakfast buffet and are in walking distance of lot's of fun things in downtown Tulsa. The rooms are nice and roomy and always clean.

  4.5 stars my ARSE

  DONT EXPECT A WARM SHOWER!!!! There is a sign in the bathroom that says run both the sink AND shower for at least 2 minutes BEFORE expecting hot water since the hotel was built in 1920. We waited over 10 minutes for barely Luke warm water only had a few seconds of hot water (when I say hot Im meaning normal shower temperature not scald your skin) every now and then during my shower. We did this upon arrival at around 6 pm ran water forever again at 2 am trying to wash my face and again for like 20 minutes in the morning constantly checking to see if it was warm yet. Dont expect to leave here clean unless you like a cold shower! Everything else about this hotel is mediocre, average cleanliness, comfort, location all just ok nothing spectacular. I would not ever stay here again just for the lack of hot water. Heres an idea Marriott next time yall remodel the joint do some plumbing changes and get reliable hot water to the rooms. Thats more important than the stupid wallpaper accent walls. Just do yourself a favor and spend and stay elsewhere

  Extremely accommodating 5 weeks!

  I stayed here for business for about 5 weeks in October-November and it was absolutely lovely. The staff over accommodated myself and the crew I was with and I couldnt be more grateful. Robin, steve, John, and Edward especially were great! We were all there for thanksgiving and they made us a thanksgiving meal. There were times when they did my laundry for me. Always so helpful and nice about everything. The room was also very nice and comfortable. No complaints at all. I highly recommend this hotel!
