  Great Location

  We were there for the Christmas Town festival at Busch Gardens. This is the perfect location and very close to the attractions, very clean rooms and superb staff. The check in staff was very nice and courteous. Several restaurants are withing walking distance.

  Great nights sleep at this Marriott

  Stayed one night at this hotel while visiting family. Reception was very welcoming and my Marriott loyalty status was recognized. Assigned a corner room, upper floor in a quiet portion of the hotel. Received a welcome package which was a nice touch. We had a light meal at the Bistro service was prompt and food was of good quality. I was most impressed with the king bed mattress which did not sag in the middle. As a result I had one the the better nights of sleep at a hotel in recent memory. HVAC worked well as did the water pressure in the shower. Not much room for improvement here. Regularly available coffee would be nice and better than the room coffee service...but I recognize that this is not a Courtyard thing. That said, I will happily book here again when in the area.

  Girls Weekend

  My friend and I took our two little girls to Williamsburg for a quick girls weekend. We had the best experience at this hotel. The front desk staff (Ulises and Selena) were super pleasant and accommodating. The kids loved the indoor pool and they even offered to extend the hours the first night if we wanted them to! The hotel was very clean, great location, and we loved the Starbucks in the mornings. I cant say enough good things about our experience!

  Pleasant stay

  My family and I stayed at this hotel during Labor Day and it was a very pleasant stay. There's not much activities or things to do in the area besides Busch Gardens however there are plenty places to dine (from 5 star to McDonald's). The front desk staff was really nice and very helpful; I didn't realize how large the hotel was so there was a bit of walking daily just to get to our room (but walking is always good). The pool was pretty neat as it had both indoor and outdoor (part of the pool was closed in and the other was exposed)--the weather was about 82-85' so the water was actually cold but after a while you got used to it. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The restaurant wasn't open due to COVID however there are places you can eat nearby.

  Quiet

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay. It was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If there had to be a one small drawback it would be that it may be time to redecorate/remodel. However, that is NOT to take away from the cleanliness of this hotel. My room was immacculate. I know because I carry a black light with me. As a business traveler I'm on the road 4 to 5 days a week so, it was nice to actually feel at home away from home. Great job folks.
