  Very nice, very kind, very comfortable...but so expensive!!

  I found the place very good and for many reasons I would come back again, but even if I stayed there during the event of the hoczeit, I can't justify the price so high...189 euro per night!! Nore a five stars hotel should cost so much, and this is a three stars...I really enjoyed everything, but there wasn't an elevator(and I think is a very important thing!) and it isn't placed in the centre of the town...I felt they take too much advantage of the medieval fest to make th price higher and higher...

  Wonderful Hotel

  I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel over the summer for about seven days. It was wonderful. The owners were very friendly, attentive to our needs. We ate in their restaurant for several meals and they were all excellent. It's a short walk to the town centre. I would stay in this hotel during any occasion I had to be Landshut.

  The best experience for a Mexican traveler

  I was on a business trip for 15 days in Germany, so it was my first time in Europe, and first time in Germany, I been booked in Hotel Cristallo, it was the best experience that I could have. The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable, the staff all the time make you feel like home, I have to make justice and tell you that if you have the chance to be attend by Ivan you'll will never regret, that make the best option. Ivan make you feel really part of the family, it's a very cool person, he had the time to explain and have a little chat with you. The Internet service is ok, and if in case the signal wasn't strong enough they give you the solution. The rate include the traditional breakfast, ham, cheese, bread, coffee and juice. Also the staff in the morning can make a special eggs if you wanted. If you are going to visit Landshut this is the place, close to the downtown (less than 10 min) and the most important the main train station is 7 minutes from the hotel, so you can stay in landshut and discover the closest places by train ( for example Munich). The hotel is well located, so you don't think it twice and booking right now. Thank you so much Ivan, definitely my place to stay in Landshut. You won't regret

  Best in Town, Guaranteed

  I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Cristallo for 3 weeks in June. Being from the States, it was different staying in a European hotel and I fretted a little when I realized the hotel, as typical for Europe, had no air conditioning. Thankfully, it was a cool and rainy June. Either way, the lovely family that owns and operates Cristallo, quickly changed my opinion. They were beyond helpful, genuinly accommodating and caring. The room and dining area was always clean; my room was cleaned thoroughly each week and lightly each day. They make breakfast to order every morning, kindly translate newspaper articles for those not fluent in German, and make you feel truly at home and welcomed. The restaurant is fantastic for dinner as well, serving authentic Croatian cuisine. In all, it's a very clean, well maintained hotel, in an extremely convenient location, run by an amazing family. I hope to stay again, next trip.

  Building site or hotel?

  Turned up here at 5pm to find the place in darkness & locked up. There were no cars in the car park, which resembled a building site. A note on the door gave a number to call in emergency. On calling the number it was unobtainable. Presuming it to be closed - building material outside the entrance & the fact the notice on the door had obviously been up for some time - we left & stayed elsewhere.
