  Horrible customer service

  I wouldn't stay here again if they gave me a free room for a month. I am spire member for 16 years. I just stayed at 5 other hotels. All holiday inns. Ihg doesn't care if your a long time guest. Each owner does what ever they want with guests. This hotel treated me so poorly. They made a mistake and I had to indure a nasty front desk guy as well as a gm who acted like she was doing me a favor. Now its 11 00 p.m and all of a sudden they are drilling above my room to fix the plumbing how vicious is that? I can't sleep.be careful when you check into a holiday inn who the owner and g m is.this is a very nasty place. I will take this as far as I can

  We spent the First days together with our kids at this hotel, just after our wedding.

  The room was spotless, clean. Towels was just enough for us for the 2 night we spent there. We had a pleasant quiet time at the hotel - What was exactly what we were looking for after our busy and super exciting wedding. I recommend for anyone who need even just some special quiet me time alone or with family!

  Room was fine

  Stayed here two nights. Most amenities (restaurant, gym, etc.) are still unavailable due to Covid19 measures, but no complaints about the cleanliness of my room and the people at the front desk were friendly. Saw there was no mini-fridge and had to go two floors down to find a working ice machine, but I get that hotels are just not that busy right now. Someone was definitely smoking in their room on one of the floors, but also not the hotel's fault that someone wants to pay an extra cleaning fee, as they state they are non-smoking.

  Always Good

  Very nice .. but I am very partial to Crowne Plaza's. Clean , pleasant staff, quiet and reasonable. Plus there is a restaurant on the top floor with some really good food and a bar. Great view of N.Y. from the restaurant also

  Dirty, loud, not Covid safe

  Had to evacuate out house due to a gas leak, this hotel is in our town. To start , there was a Large group in Lobby not wearing masks. Signs everywhere but not being honored. Took 3 rooms to find one that worked. First room heat was broken, second the door wouldnt close. 3rd was good until the party upstairs started, with noise so loud it shook the room. It was obviously a party in one of the banquet rooms, BUT IT WAS MIDNIGHT. Called front desk 4 times no one answered. Called IHG phone number they got me someone who said I was the first compliant. Just read other reviews you will see there are noise complaints everywhere. He said the birthday party would end at 1230am. Thats when the broken heater went off every 20 minute or so and sounded like a broken airplane propeller. I took video but it dont think I can attached. Got no sleep, place was dirty, never again. FYI multiple emails and complaint forms to IHG went unresponded. Stayed at other IHG locations that were much better. Place is a dump.
