  Friendly staff , average room , dirty bedsheet

  Once we reach the hotel , the staff is friendly and helpful , we need to pay 500baht for key deposit , then when we enter our room , i found there is stain on the bedsheet. Nothing else good or bad. Is located hundred metres away from tesco lotus and chaweng walking street , i would recommend traveller to stay at chaweng center with this price.

  Worst hotel

  absolutely shocking. Booked a room for this hotel, received conformation email and booking reference as well as taking our money. Get to the hotel and get told there are no rooms, and no of course they won't give us our money back or even contact the booking agency in which they advertised they have rooms available. Rude staff and after a 24 hour bus and ferry trip it's not exactly what you need. No room nor our money back. Thanks CS park!

  Great stay, good location

  I really enjoyed staying here at cs Park samui. We stayed in the deluxe room and it was huge, clean and the beds were so comfy. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Good location and really quiet if you want a good night sleep

  Stay clear! Scammers

  I read a review about a person biking a room and arriving and it not being booked. I took this as a one off, how wrong was I!! Arrived at the hotel to be told they did not have my booking on the system and had no rooms. The receptionist who spoke little to no English, made a phone call to someone. Whilst on the phone she asked how I would be paying if she had a room available, a said card as I didn't have that amount of cash on me, she then turned and said the card machine is broken (bells started to ring). The lady told us we could pay cash the next day, I wasn't happy but agreed. Ended up walking to the main strip and on the way found a better hotel for cheaper really close to main strip. Stay clear!!!
