  Excellent stay

  We loved our stay. Everything was exceptional. Perfect location to enjoy downtown Knoxville. We enjoyed that we could use the elevator to go straight from the garage to our floor to access our room. It made loading and unloading simple. The Singer/seeing decor was also very unique and beautiful.

  Highly recommend for UT parents

  We will definitely be back to this hotel. It is a short walk to the student union building and Neyland stadium. It was extremely clean and quiet in the hotel as well as stylish. We had a change in plans due to weather and needed to arrive earlier, so we decided to cancel our dog boarding and bring our mini schnauzer since the hotel was pet friendly. I'm so glad we did! There was a dog bed and bowls ready for Lulu when we got there. She slept in every day, so we did, too!

  Refined hotel with welcoming service and strong attention to detail

  The Cumberland House Knoxville offers visitors an excellent, refined stay in a great location with easily accessible parking. The hotel service was excellent from start to finish with great restaurant reservations, a friendly welcome, and good conversation. They additionally added a special welcome as our visit was birthday related. The hotel also felt especially clean and safe regarding Covid-19. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a relaxing and effortless visit at a refined accommodation.

  Great hotel and unbelievable service!

  We found ourselves in Knoxville for a family medical emergency and found the Cumberland House on Expedia. Good price and near the hospital, so we booked. This hotel ended up being an oasis for us during a difficult time, really due to the fantastic staff and service. It's a relatively new hotel, very stylishly appointed, and located within short walking distance to downtown and on the edge of the UT campus. Perfect sized gym with everything you need, great bar, and fairly unique and innovative menu in the restaurant. What really sets this place apart from the rest, however, is their incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with were super friendly and accommodating, but would like to especially mention Kate and Leeya, as well as the sales director, Chase. We thought we were only going to be there a couple of days, but we had to keep extending our reservation, a day at a time, for a total of 9 nights! It's truly a special little hotel and I can tell you that whenever we find ourselves back in Knoxville, we won't stay anywhere else. You shouldn't either.

  Passing through

  We stayed here while passing through on our way to Virginia. The lobby is very inviting, and the decor tells a story! Our room was very clean, spacious, and quaint. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Leeya!
