  Very good stay

  I stayed at Naia Downtown for about two months between October and December. The best part of the stay was free shuttle service to Ibn-e-Battuta Mall and Metro Station, which is also about a 10-minute walk away from hotel. Room service was excellent too. Wi-fi internet and its signals were superb in every room. The only thing I wanted and it didn't have was Pakistan TV Channels. I stayed there for about 2 months without watching any TV Channel from Pakistan. Overall the stay was excellent. It is even better for those who are visiting Dubai with family.

  Good and nice stay at Naia Downtown Jabel Ali

  One week stay at this hotel.The apartment had a full kitchen with a toaster,cooking equipment, and more. I missed a scrub and liquid for washing plates,bowles,cups by hand,even there was a dish washer installed. And I also missed a user-manual for the gas oven. Loved the free shuttelbus for the Battuta Mall and JB-beach. The Metro Station was only few minutes walking,but you could easy take the sh.bus. The rooms was delicate decorated,nice and cleaned every day. I liked my little balcony. Little noise from the traffic The.swimmingpool area was beautiful ( Zero marking at the door ) with a sitting group at the lawn. Polite staff all over and excellent personal by the front desk,helping you.Always be your assistance 24/7. Taxi from Jumeirah,had problems to find the right way, because this was a new hotel. 30-45 min distance to the DXB airport with a car.

  I had a pleasant stay, quiet location not so far from metro. Nice room design, Gym & Swimming pool are available, Near by store & coffee shop within the building. very good customer service, thanks to Ashker, Mahmoud & Renelyn.

  I've been living here for 18 months now and it's been absolutely fine with no issues. It's close to the metro which is ideal for non drivers like me. It is quite isolated and there is nothing other than a local shop in the building. The building is slowly showing a little bit of wear and tear around the edges and the aircon bills have rocketed since I moved in.
