    A bad start which set the tone...

    There are two God things about this hotel. The larger rooms are adequately spacious and housekeeping are always lurking if you need something. That's me being really kind. We arrived during fajr prayers and there was noone available to check us in. We were told by one of the workers that the boss was asleep. We have three kids including one social needs toddler. We wanted to go and have a short rest before performing Umrah. Unfortunately no one turned up so after two hours we decided to just go and do our umrah. Surely someone would be there to check us in on our return? I mean who ever heard of a hotel with no one at reception?! Lo and behold we arrived back well after zuhr to find that still no one was there! After another 2 hours an unapologetic man showed up and told us there was no record of us. At this point his senior also arrived but went even acknowledge us. Eve really the palaver was resolved and we get a room. No sorry and no regards for the ordeal we had faced with three kids and my elderly dad. The food was pretty limited and definitely not for the western palatte. Chicken nuggets and fried potato wedges for breakfast. Anyway I think the picture is pretty clear.

    Stay Away

    Nothing that I liked there. Reception staff unhelpful and uninterested.room very tiny.steep hill about 40m to climb.not clean.not value for money.arrived at hotel at 5am only checked in at 11-45.manager came in at 10am and left for breakfast upstairs at 10-05 am. Very disappointed with the service.

    The hotel is very poor the Hygiene is not good at all in the room cleaning You have to check the sheets before you sleep on it, It's far from Haram Hall by 10 Minutes walking, The price is not fair for the poor service they serve, They have wifi only in the reception of the hotel

    Very bad hotel

    Very bad hotel, reception, security and manager are very rude. They say there is parking but there is no parking for car. 100 Riyal hotels are better than this hotel. Stay away. Rooms are awful. Dont believe that is 3 star.

    Worst hotel stay ever

    Dar Al Eiman Ajyad Mecca is a terrible hotel. 1- Far from Qaaba in a mountainous area. 2- Shuttle bus service isn't available on top of the hour (5 times just around Azzan times). 3- Room service is unavailable although there is a menu in the room. Staff response is awfully rude when guests ask for water, juice or snacks especially after a tough day of Omra (tawaf). Even making orders from eateries or restaurants isn't allowed. 4- No respect whatsoever for the elderly or the sick that can't leave their room especially that they're on the 10th floor. 5- Two available elevators only in a 15-storey hotel, one of which is mostly out of order. 20-30 minute wait time where. The elderly and the sick on wheelchairs on the 10th floor had to pray out of their rooms waiting for the elevators. 6- No internet service on the 10th floor. We gotta go down to the reception area to contact the outside world.
