  Buena ubicación y buen servicio

  Pasamos el fin de semana del 28 de abril al 30 y la estancia fue bastante agradable...La ubicación es muy buena...La habitación en la que estábamos con vistas al mar era buena...Habría que mejorar la señal de televisión y la de wifi, ya que la conexión era muy deficiente,no llegaba a la habitación y había que estar en el pasillo o en el hall de abajo para poder conectarse.Considero que es muy importante mejorar el servicio de Internet porque para nosotros los turistas en un país lejano...es fundamental...Por lo demás el hotel es ideal para poder visitar la marsa,carthage,la goulette y gammarth...Es un hotel al que volvería...

  This hotel is just wonderful, the straff are friendly and very helpful. We started our holiday at Mövenpick Gammarth but changed to this hotel as we were not satisfied with the previous one. The restaurant area at the rooftop is beautiful. We will definetley be coming back soon. The location is perfect, the only negative about this hotel is that the breakfast could be better. The food at the rooftop restaurant is really nice.

  A must visit

  It is not my first time in Dar El Marsa, i was in fact there right after its opening and i am glad that after 5 years its service is still 10/10. Lets start with the positives; 1-swift check in, even if your room is not ready they offer you to use their breathtaking rooftop restaurant and they will call you as soon as it becomes ready 2- staff/personnel, the nicest and friendliest. They greet you, ask about your stay and if you need anything. 3- offered extended check out till 2pm for free 4- room, spacious, breathtaking views on the Mediterranean with a large balcony, comfy king size bed, generous amenities 5- mini bar, free soft drinks with daily replenish 6- fruits and sandwiches and sparkling water in room first day i arrived 7- fitness room, hamam sauna for free although I didnt have the time to use 8-la terrace rooftop restaurant: good food, great views, live entertainment 9- currency change service; same rates as the airport. 10- airport transfer, reliable and luxurious. Some improvements to be taken; 1- I understand security is priority but being checked through security guards every time you go out/in is not convenient 2- breakfast, felt that for what you pay it could offer more variety and items.

  Whats not to like?

  From the friendliness of the staff to the excellent room and rooftop terrace, this is THE hotel to go to in La Marsa. Not much to fault here as the staff really make the hotel stand out. Extraordinary welcome. Will stay again and again .

  Nice place to have a drink

  I came here for a drink with the intention of staying for dinner. The guard at the door went through my bag and made me leave my bottle of water at the door which was really annoying. You have to take the second lift to get to the rooftop bar. I got there just before 7pm, there was hardly anyone there but the waiter wanted to give me a table at the end of the pool. I asked to sit at a table with a view of the beach instead. I had a strawberry margarita for 19 TND. It came with olives which I sent back as I don't like them and some crisps which I nearly choked on since they were so spicy. I didn't really fancy anything on the menu so since nobody came over to see if I wanted anything as they were too busy chatting, I left about half an hour later and took a taxi down the road to Le Golfe to have dinner there instead.
