  Great hotel facing Kronplatz

  Good location, quiet side of the village.nice restaurant with good food and service. Leonardo and Filipo were very good! Swimming pool was quite nice and enough space no to feel crowded. Kronplatz lift is walking distance, together with a mount bike rental. If you want to go downhill - forget hotel bikes and rent a proper one, as they are suitable for a soft ride in town only. Pet friendly, has a good deal with the nearby golf course. I would come back here. Great hikes too.

  Ski week

  It is very hard to rate this hotel. This rate is based on value for money proposal because for 350 euro/night I expected much more. 1. Location is fantastic, ski shuttle is in front of the hotel, but it is NOT ski to door as it is written on booking.com; 2. Free wifi - wifi doesnt work in each part of the hotel; 3. Heating and bed in the room HAVE to be better for such price; 4. Food is fantastic; 5. Spa area is fantastic; Anyhow, very nice hotel, but should be better for this price! BR Denis

  Excellent hotel that you cant wait to return to

  Everything in the hotel is superb. The breakfast, the afternoon snack and the dinner are all 5*. The amenities area exceptional. The new sauna with the ice pond is super nice. The other 4 saunas and 3 relax rooms are very tranquil and you truly feel you are in a luxury getaway . Rooms are very clean and large. Beds are comfortable! The only thing that is a negative is that they charge for bottled tap water at dinner (for breakfast there is tap water for free, but not for dinner ).

  Great family stay

  We came back to the hotel as our first experience was really good. Kronplatz lifts are some walking distance from the hotel. So is the 9 hole golf course, you can book a tee time right at the reception. Compared to last year, they have some new electric bikes to rent, which are excellent to do some sightseeing in the area or Brunico. Downhill broke rental is just at the lift. The only thing is that the blue slopped for downhill is closed this summer. Food is great, especially fresh juice at breakfast. Dinner is nice too. Maybe a selection of wines could be a bit less local, although it is not critical. Service is good. Bar and and lounge area are nice, bar service good too. Pool is not too crowded. One thing is a bit strange - WiFi usage is limited to the some data bucket... nobody does it these days.

  Excellent hotel, food and location

  I really loved my stay at the Majestic, and definitely hope to return to this beautiful area again. Without a car, it is easy to reach by bus from Brunico (about 10 minutes), and the pretty village of Riscone and the Kronplatz 1+2 cable car station are a pleasant 10-15 minutes walk away (or you can go by bus). The dinners and breakfasts were absolutely delicious and really high quality, and the swimming area (outdoor and indoor) was spacious enough not to feel crowded, even though the hotel was busy. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are large and well appointed; I did find the bed mattress extremely hard, but this seems to be common to many hotels in Italy.
