  Very disappointing. They are NOT enforcing the mandatory mask rule.

  I stay at this hotel frequently because I travel alone and it is reasonable clean and generally safe. Tonight I checked in late around 11:20 pm. The front desk staff was less than helpful about a question about a prepaid reservation. Then when I went to the elevator there was a man getting on without a mask so I told him to go alone. Then I got on the elevator and another man got on without a mask. I asked him to get off and he just pushed the button. The entire 4 floors he told me it was his right not to wear a mask I told him it was mandatory and not his right to potentially infect me. I will not stay here again until they take their clients health seriously and actually observe the Covid rules posted on their website

  Great stay

  There is a $150 deposit up front with a credit card or cash. You will receive your deposit back up to three business days after your stay. If you pay cash you will get your deposit back when you check out if there is no damages to the room.

  The Days Inn as has come along way. We were very surprised by the rooms and staff at this hotel. Would recommend! We will stay here again when we come back to Lubbock. Don't let the name fool you, it's a VERY nice hotel!

  Covid clean and spacious room

  The hotel was clean and felt safe during covid. The guests and employees were compliant with masks. They had a good selection of grab and go cold items for breakfast. There was no charge for our dogs. It was a good stay. For dog owners: the grass nearby contains a lot of small sharp burrs that got in my dogs' paws. Be careful.

  Best Stay!

  We had a Great Stay ! The rooms were very spacious ours was studio with two King beds . The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, the closet was huge and bathroom large and very clean. Staff was so nice greeted us every time we came in or left . Front desk went out of their way to help, I needed something printed and the lady at front desk printed it for me . I have absolutely no complaints for this hotel it was wonderful!
