  Pleasant

  Stayed here for 9 nights and have to say very pleasant.. The check in was easy and the lady checking me in was friendly and helpful.. She explained that the room didnt have a cooker or stove top but I wasnt that fussed as we used the BBQ and had access to the kitchenette if necessary.. Room was clean and had the basic facilities of kettle, toaster, microwave (as long as I can have my morning coffee Im happy).. Only things I will mention is that the duvet was a bit yellow and had a couple of dark marks on it which did make me cringe a bit so we didnt really use it as it was warm so we put this in the cupboard.. Also the shower is a bit temperamental with the temperature.. Its either hot or cold and when you do get the temperature you want and jump in, it gives you about a minute before it decides to shock you and turn cold all of a sudden.. Other than that, all was good.. Would have given another half a star but it wouldnt let me.. Will definitely stay again as it has everything you need especially with a beach just a very short walk away!!

  Holiday park

  This was our second accommodation in Aus. It was a little restricted as the kitchen sink was the shower room sink. There was only a microwave so we adapted our catering accordingly. We could have used the facilities of the communal areas. We were able to park the car beside the cabin. The cabin was semi detached but we were not disturbed by the neighbours.

  excellent location and good value accommodation

  We chose this accommodation for it's location to a fabulous beach and close to relatives for our month stay. We were not disappointed and will book again for any future visits. The staff were very friendly and helpful, dealing with our requests efficiently and promptly. We booked a comfortable one bedroomed detached chalet, with combined kitchen/lounge, shower room and parking bay. It contained everything we needed from utensils, good size fridge/freezer and air conditioning. at a competitive price. The fabulous location gave us the option to walk along the beach to shop in the local shopping centre, use the bus service to visit Freemantle or Rockingham or drive when we had a car. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk and we loved the long, safe and very clean beach both day and at night! It was never packed and had a shark net and platform for keen swimmers. The park itself was clean and quiet with security patrols at night, although we never saw signs of problems and felt safe coming and going at all times.

  Lovely location. Clean tidy site.

  We were grated by a lovely lady who explained everything. It's quite a small site which was lovely. Lots of shade under the trees. Right on the beach. Very clean amenities. Would stay again if in the area. We were on holiday in a rented camper.

  Disappointing

  The advertising photos of the holiday park are nothing like the reality. It looks very run down, dry brown leaves everywhere and no grounds people in sight the whole time we were there! Definitely no grassed areas in the park which are advertised..just dust and leaves ! The showers are not cleaned properly as i noticed that a clothing sticker and soap marks had been left on one of the shower cubicle walls and 3 wks later my friend says it is still there. So that shows the walls are not even cleaned..Yuk ! Discovery parks ought to be ashamed at how they advertise this park ! Very poor form and incorrect advertising
