  Hotel a 200 m de la calle principal de las tiendas(Konigsale) Habitaciones modernas de diseño y limpias. Unica pega es que se embozó la ducha. Desayuno pobre y escaso.

  VERY BAD / NEFASTO / SCHÄNDLICH

  VERY BAD / NEFASTO / SCHÄNDLICH Despues de un viaje muy largo , me llego un mensaje el cual decia que por no tener fondos en la tarjeta , tenia solamente 2 horas para hacer el check in. Pagué un taxi desde muy lejos para llegar a la hora adecuada a hacer el check-in , lo cual me costo mucho dinero. Llegué al hotel una hora despues de el mensaje de booking el cual me decia que tenia dos horas, por lo que llegue con una hora de antelacion a que pudieran cancelarla. Tras andar hasta el hotel desde la estacion donde nos dejo el taxi y subir escaleras con una lesion que acarreo en mi pie  , me encontre la recepcion vacia , con un cartel que decia que debia bajar de nuevo las escaleras,  volver a salir , ir a otro hotel llamado Hotel BEJUNA , volver a subir escaleras , para que de nuevo me hiciesen bajar y volver a subir al primer hotel, con todo mi equipaje encima. Acto seguido tome una foto del reloj donde se ve que aun no habia llegado la hora limite que Booking.com me dio para el check in. Sin dilacion, el recepcionista me comunicó que ya no tenia habitacion (habiendo reservado con bastante antelacion, teniendo mi reserva en vigor , y habiendo llegado con antelacion pagando un caro taxi para que asi fuese. El recepcionista no tenia mucha intencion de solucionarme el problema , de no ser porque me puse ferreo y le dije que debia solucionarmelo en ese instante ya que habia ocupado una habitacion que yo habia reservado, reserva la cual estaba en vigor. Si no hubiese sido por mi cambio de actitud me hubiese dejado en la calle a mi , mi mujer , y mi equipaje. Al darse cuenta de que yo no iba a ceder , llamó por telefono a otro hotel el cual le dio una habitacion para mi , cosa que yo tambien hubiese podido hacer , pero para algo contrato un servicio. Una vez hecho esto , volvi a tener que andar bastante rato con una lesion en eñ pie, todo el equipaje despues de haber pagado un taxi nada barato y habiendo llegado a tiempo. Antes de salir me dijo que cancelase yo la reserva (cancelacion que me hubiese costado mas de 100e ) , pero debio darse cuenta que de ese modo podria poner una mala nota a su hotel, a si que rectifico y me dijo que lo haria el. De no ser por mi insistencia , hubiese pagado el taxi (nada barato) , la cancelacion de mas de 100e , ademas de tener que andar con una lesion en el pie , hasta otro hotel teniendo en cuenta que podria haberme quedado en la calle con mi mujer y mi equipaje. NO VOLVERE / I WILL NEVER RETURN

  Away from this hotel

  i was check in 23 august on this hotel When they do check in they give me my room access card but they said have a problem on the doors lock they will change this on afternoon and i say ok np cause i will going outside and comeback in midnight. Then when i comeback in midnight and try to access my room the lock is still doesnt work and nobody have in reception i start to wait then somebody is come half hour later. He is open my room with a special key (not a card with a hardware key) So he say it it will be ok on morning. Then i visiting again city in the morning and comeback hotel in afternoon When i ring the hotel outside door bell somebody start to talk from diaphone and he is starting to ask some question the questions is : 1 who are you 2 do you want room 3 which room are you stay And i tell him open door i just wanna go to my room When i arrive Of course lock is still doesnt work then i go reception and nobody is there i call 9 from reception telephone and some man is come and start scream and yell me Why you using this phone you can touch this phone bla bla Bla i think they totally crazy Beware from this hotel anyway they loose them mind

  buyer beware.

  I'm not one to complain as you can see from my previous reviews, if there is an issue i like to sort it with the restaurant or hotel on the night and hope it improves their service. The photographs the hotel has provided have to be years old. The entrance hall and stairs is in need of some love and attention, the lobby is clean. But the halls and landings leading into the rooms will send a shiver down your spine. The bedroom wasn't much of an improvement and looked nothing like the rooms on the web. There was a stale smell of smoke in the room and a broken window with duct tape. After a long day at a trade fair this was not what i signed up to. we immediately went downstairs and requested a refund. the staff were less than helpful saying they couldn't do anything and to contact them afterwards (good luck with that). i know its reasonably priced and close to the train but so are many others. i have traveled to Germany every year since 1992 and have never been in a hotel like this.

  Hotel???? Not sure

  Worst hotel in Germany?? Arrived at the hotel to find the hotel receptionist looking like something from a gangster rap video...and was concerned if I was at the right place. Even that we had prebooked it took over 30 min to check in.. The hotel reception looked like something from a Bosnian war movie..wires hanging out from the ceiling, broken light bulbs... The "room" ...well...see the photos... And there is no breakfast even though we were told there was when we booked and it is on the bill... And you have to share toilet and shower with the others in the hall... I will never ..ever return. Stay away
