  La calidad del hotel es muy buena, muy limpio y el personal muy atento, sobre todo la chica de la recepción. Existe un servicio de coffe to go muy práctico. En el restaurante las porciones son generosas y el sabor muy bueno. También muy recomendable.

  Home away from home

  Love this place, feel very safe and so glad Conrads is open for some great food. Very clean with hand sanitizers everywhere! Can't say enough about Denise and Diane, very friendly and makes my out of town work as pleasant as possible!

  Excellent Customer Service

  We have used the Ball room at double tree for my sisters wedding. The event space was large to have a socially distant get together. Patrick was our point of contact for the event space and we had the best experience working with him. He was very responsive with all queries and helped us a lot with event planning. Patrick and his team (Diane, Nina and Jim ) were very helpful during the event and provided best customer service. The event space was well maintained and sanitized . Our guests were also happy with the venue and excellent service provided. I would highly recommend this hotel and event space.

  Paper thin walls, lousy cleaning

  Check in went well and that's where my positive experience ended. The room wasn't clean. The bathroom door appeared to have blood stains on it and there was hair left in the tub. A plastic bottle cap was made INTO the bed... under the sheet! Then when I took my shoes off I stepped on a piece of broken plastic indicating that the vacuuming was skimpy at best. The tub closure didn't work so couldn't take a bath even after I cleaned the tub myself. The walls are paper thin so loud guests congregating in the hallway kept me up until midnight. Not a pleasant stay at all. I won't return.

  Great Hotel! Very clean and friendly. Great to have a restaurant and bar that is open during covid!!! Staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are great! I would recommend this hotel over all the rest in the area.
