Lamentable... que tengo nombre HiltonLamentable experiencia la que vivimos en el hotel situado en medio de la nada. Supongo que antiguamente debió ser un hotel deficitario, que lo malvendió a la cadena Hilton, los cuales únicamente han puesto su cartel y han subido los precios descaradamente. (Por tres noches pagamos 485 euros !!!!! - sin desayuno- pero no se aprecia ninguna reforma considerable. La habitación ? Para olvidar. Solo comentar que los colchones eran de muelles y debían de ser desde los orígenes. De lo más incómodo que he probado en mi vida. El suelo ? Todo enmoquetado (típico de Inglaterra) donde la suciedad es evidente en algunas de las zonas. La cena ? Es exasperante. Para una ensalada y unos sandwich esperamos hora y media; El hotel dispone de parking propio, a razón de 30 euros día, y como está en medio de la nada te ves obligado aparcarlo en su interior. Lo mejor ? Sin duda el wifi del hotel, y que se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche del parque de la Peppa Pig.... Lo venden como un 4 estrellas, con precios de un 5 y sin lugar a dudas no llega ni a un 3 !!! Busquen otras alternativas. Instagram; del_huerto_al_plato

Fantastic and diligent serviceI regularly stay away in this level of hotel for my work, and I have to say that Jake, working on reception at this hotel is the most professional and diligent person who I have witnessed working in this industry for years, and is a sublime credit to the Hilton hotel group. Outstanding!!!Wow that was one of the nicest stays I have ever had. Lorna at reception is a credit to this hotel, she deserves a raise for her hard work, nothing is ever to much trouble especially for a pain in the a** like me!!! Thank you so much

Different class hotel!From start to finish it was a different level compared to other hotels Ive stayed in. Jake on front desk couldnt be more helpful and friendly! Such a great stay abs will 100% be back when next working in Southampton

So good I want to live there !First of all what a great hotel, clean rooms, loads of space and very good rates. Angela behind reception who Is a manager could not be more helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and our dogs. Such a lovely lady!!! We will be back xxxx

Hilton en SouthamptonNo hablan nada mas que Ingles. (En España, se hablan x lo menos dos idiomas). Saltó la alarma de incendios, nada mas llegar a la habitación, y al dia siguiente nos despertó, otra vez la alarma de incendios.lo comenté, q casi me dá un ataque al corazón, y le hizo gracia. En fin, por lo demas está bien, normal. Se puede llevar al perro, lo cual no está mal y el paisaje es muy bonito. Hay una parada de bus cerca del hotel q te lleva al centro de la ciudad, es cómodo porque queda lejos,. La ciudad no vale nada.

An absolute JoyMet at reception with a smile and were given a lovely room on the top floor. Felt welcome and valued. The room was lovely. The chap serving behind the bar was obviously experienced and did a grand job. He remembered our first drinks. Served with speed and a friendly smile. But then the top prize must goy to Joy who looked after us when booking our evening meal, welcoming us to our table and serving us. The service from him and the chef was TOP CLASS. I am gluten intolerant and also fussy about what I eat. A difficult combination. But our waiter, Joy, and the chef created an off-menu meal that was perfect. Thank you for starting our holiday off with a positive vibe.

Awful! Avoid at all costsAvoid at all costs! Where to start? After our flights were cancelled at Heathrow we had to get down to Southampton for a flight to the Channel Islands. We actively avoid Hiltons but as many had the same idea as us and there were also cruise ships leaving the next day other hotels near the airport were full. We booked two rooms at this hotel, a family and a queen. Booking was made at 1829. We got to the hotel at approx 2030 and all seemed fine. Just one girls working at check in and a slight queue but we were seen quickly and she issued our keys. It should be mentioned here that our whole party to Hilton Gold. They knew we had travelled from Heathrow after cancelled flights and we were tired (4 adults and 2 children). Some of our party wanted dinner so they got their room key (queen) and went to dinner (last orders at 2115 on a Friday night!!). We were calling a taxi for the following morning when a male member of staff came over and asked for our keys back and said there was a problem with the room. It turned out that they hadnt bothered cleaning it since the last guests had left which for a hotel like this is shocking, they must get late arrivals and last minute bookings all the time. By this point it was 9pm so we asked how long he would be sorting it out and it was clear he didnt want to do that and instead wanted to give us a twin which was not really suitable but would have been acceptable, he quickly changed his mind though and went off to clean the room. By 2145 he still hadnt come back so we went to check the room and no one was there cleaning it. We complained at reception and the girl called him from the back room. Then another member of staff arrived and started writing us a voucher for A drink, I told him we didnt want the drink we wanted to sleep!! The excuse used then was that there were no towels to be found anywhere in the hotel! We eventually convinced them to just give us the keys and the towels arrived at approx 1030 When we got to the room it was still dirty and smelt heavily of bleach. I cant say 100% that the beds were changed but I was beyond caring at that point

Away for workGood reception staff, very comfortable bed with a variety of soft and firm pillows. Room had a small table and easy chair as well as a desk and chair. Air conditioner was not easy to control or change - no instructions in room. Ensuite was good.
