  Quick but excellent stay

  My daughter and I had a one-night stay before we had to take her back to school at UofA. We had flown in very late into PHX on a delayed flight and didn't arrive until 2:30am. The night manager who was on duty (very early morning of 2/10) was so kind and helped us with some forgotten toiletries and made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Great breakfast buffet as well. Proud to be Hilton Gold members and would highly recommend this hotel. Also a great location right off of I10.

  Lovely clean place to stay!

  Was a wonderful place to stay. Stayed for a full week and did not feel cramped, had plenty of space. Extremely clean and also nice and quiet. You can also connect your streaming services to the TV!! Very high quality hotel, will be staying here in the future.

  Family trip

  This hotel was wonderful throughout our stay, clean and fresh is what you expect from this hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoy sleeping in our room was quiet and relaxing, next time we return to this area will book the same Hotel and stay there longer the before.

  DoubleTree is Double the Satisfaction

  The front desk staff are VERY professional and well trained. Rita is on Point. I don't remember the names of the rest of the staff but EVERY one of them are great. They all deserve bonuses because they're service generates return customers. Note: Rita and other staff even remember me from past visits. Rooms-- upgraded and clean. Location--10 seconds from the I-10. Lots of restaurants closeby Workout room- Clean and new equipment Built In Restaurant- they deliver to rooms VERY NICE Laundry- convenient Value--1000 times better than the Hampton across the street I go out of my way to stat at this hotel. it's worth it. Like i said, DOUBLE the Satisfaction!!

  Nice hotel with courteous staff to help

  We stayed here a couple of nights and it was when COVID-19 just started to have restrictions on the city. the breakfast/dining area was closed BUT you could order food to go. the staff was very accommodating with this entire virus mess. Very quiet stay and We would stay here again. I do recommend staying at this hotel.
