  Budget friendly with lots of extras

  We stayed here prior to Covid with Mom, Dad, one 13-year-old boy, and two 18-year old boys. We just wanted some place to crash after a long day at City Museum with a full schedule planned the next day with The Arch and Science Center before heading off to Branson. We originally found good reviews on TripAdvisor for Drury hotels closer to the city but ended up here, which was perfectly fine with us. The hotel room was nice. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure and included soap/shampoo dispensers on the wall, which weren't too bad. Beds were comfy and clean with decent pillows. The room also had a small fridge and microwave, as well as an ironing board if you need that.Our view was not great, but that was okay as we weren't really in the room much. There is shopping nearby. Our boys enjoyed the indoor / outdoor pool (swim under a wall between the two) for a few hours before heading to bed. There was also a nice hot tub in the pool area to enjoy too. The included drinks (adult drinks too) and light dinner were a really nice touch in the evening. The small meal included baked potatoes, pasta, chili, hot dogs, nachos, salads, etc. It's a simple meal, so don't expect gourmet, but it filled everyone up and saved us on buying dinner that night. The same goes with the breakfast in the morning. They had eggs, sausage and gravy biscuits, breakfast potatoes, waffles, cold cereal, fruit, muffins / toast / donuts, and fruit, etc. We actually loved our stay here and noticed that these amenities are included in a lot of the Drury Hotels. We would definitely stay here again and will honestly check out other Drury Hotels if we see them where we plan to stay in the future. We highly recommend for families who want to save some meal-time hassles and enjoy the fun pool area.

  Management Assures Quality Always

  With a wedding party of at least nine rooms, a minor issue, which could have been a major issue, was resolved quickly by an efficient and professional general manger, Mr. Montgomery. This location is definitely on your 'stay again' list.

  Tim is the man

  Hes been serving for 16 years, and its no wonder he is a general manager. That is truly a unicorn in my peer group - to be with a company that long. Fantastic customer service, hands down, right down to making sure we had a pack and play and a spare key.   Wonderful Hotel!!

  One of the best hotels I've stayed in while in St. Louis. Had a wedding anniversary party here, and the staff was more than accommodating. Clean rooms and a great breakfast. Even the evening food (soup/salad/pasta) was excellent! Would definitely stay here again.

  Great place to stay

  We selected The Pear Tree Inn at random from the previous ratings and were not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly from those at check in to those cleaning the rooms. And the breakfast was hot which is always a plus. One thing I might suggest is that some herbal teas be available in the evening before bed. Did appreciate that fact that there was tea.
