  Lindo y cómodo lugar.

  Es un lindo hotel y además tiene innumerables comodidades. El personal de cada área está siempre predispuesto. Las instalaciones comunes son amplias y las habitaciones muy bien equipadas. Camas y servicios en ellas son verdaderamente excelentes. Nos alojamos por negocios y turismo, en familia y con amigos.

  Muy ruidoso

  En la habitación solo se escuchaba el ruido las maquinarias. Era el 7mo. piso. No quisiera imaginar los que se quedaron en los pisos más bajos. Me encanta el Embassy porque es donde voy desde que me casé.

  Unhappy customer with no hot breakfast

  Im currently staying at the Embassy Suite on Conference center Blvd in Murfreesboro TN. Ive been staying at this property for many years on a monthly basis. I was advised upon checking in that the hot breakfast wouldnt be available and only a grab and go cold breakfast would be available at the front desk as well as no fresh coffee would be available other that the coffee maker in the room. If I had known this, I would of booked my 3 nights at another Hilton property that does offer a hot breakfast. I also know for a fact that other Hilton properties do offer a hot breakfast since I stay at them on a weekly basis for business as well as the sister Embassy property in Franklin TN that I occasionally stay at that I called a few minutes ago and do offer a hot breakfast. The grab and go breakfast consisted of a stale blueberry muffin, light n fit blueberry yogurt(that I can't eat) and a small 4oz orange juice. Really?? If a full breakfast isnt going to be offered and had changed for what ever reason rather its blamed on covid or whatever and depends on occupancy, the hotel should of at least sent me and an email to let me know so I could make a choice to either keep or cancel the reservation so to book it elsewhere if so desired. If I wanted a grab and go breakfast, I could of booked a room at a Hampton property! I will be going to have a hot breakfast and coffee at First Watch this morning. The Embassy should really pay for this! I will be canceling my next visit in February I had booked to another property as well as future stays. Best Wishes, Tony

  Horrible mold!!

  We stayed on the third floor of this hotel. I had a terrible headache the entire time. My 10 year old daughter also had a severe headache the last day of our stay. When I turned on all the lights and opened up the curtains to gather our things for check out (the room is very dim) I saw mold growing on the ceiling, in the crease of the wall and in the folds of the wallpaper. I reported this to the hotel. They had zero concern. They stated they would credit me 10k points which they did not. The manager was awful and rude considering it is their poor maintenance that caused this issue. I wouldnt stay here if you are sensitive to mold or have the expectation that their manager would care.

  SUPERB STAY

  SUPERB!!! Superb service, superb hotel, superb staff!! The best and I think biggest Embassy suites Ive ever stayed at. My stay was Feb 12-14, 2021. It was my first time in Murfreesboro TN.. about 1.5 hour drive for me. The location is excellent!! There is a lot of shopping and a lot of dining in walking distance. I was in town for a dance convention/competition that my son was a part of. Our stay and the events was in the Embassy very convenient. There were a TON of people staying in the hotel or visiting due to other events bday parties, a beautifully wedding or anniversary, to include the convention/competition we were attending. Before arriving I had the opportunity to do all my checking in on my phone. It was easy to do and set up. I had access to a digital room key. Upon arriving at the hotel (3 or so hours prior to check in time) my room was already ready. Then we loaded the cart and went straight upstairs without waiting in the check in line. Got to my room door and the digital key check in worked GREAT!! The room looked, smelled and felt clean. My son and I was greatly pleased with the suite. I was on the 10th (highest) floor. Room was equipped with plenty of towels, Keurig coffee pot with k-cups, fridge, microwave, etc. We did realize my son couldnt access a digital key on his phone due to it only allowed for one app. So eventually we went to the check in desk and they issued a key, the wifi password, as a reward member (2 bottles of water), then I was pleasantly surprised with a BIG bag full of goodies because we were on the premium (I think thats what its called) floor. So with all that said in the middle of a pandemic Embassy suites and most importantly STAFF did a SUPERB job all weekend. With EVERYTHING going on in the hotel IF something went wrong or was out of place for an event I couldnt tell it. They still offered hot breakfast, the staff serves it. They required face mask when outside of the hotel unless eating or drinking. As a recent breast cancer survivor it was my first time in a hotel let alone a crowd of that size and I felt just fine. They had hand sanitizer on tables throughout the hotel. I cant explain how pleased I was with EVERYTHING. I recommend ALL the staff working that weekend alone get a huge bonus!!! Great job EMBASSY!!
