  Decent Aparthotel with Pool Next to Beach

  We stayed here in Rimini for a week last year. We chose the hotel due to it having a pool and the proximity to the beach. In hindsight, we did not use the pool and took loungers at the beach for the week. The room was good and it was well equipped in the kitchen. Basic, but comfortable and not cramped.The staff were helpful throughout our stay and we often took cappuccini and cornetti for breakfast in the bar area downstairs. The location is good for the beach, but it is a long - 30 minute walk - to the Old Town. The main roads to the town along the beach are filled with crappy tourist traps and the like, so if they want to be near the real Rimini, and not the Russian hotspot, I would book elsewhere.

  Swimming pool!

  I was there for just 2 nights but I really liked it, the swimming pool in particular. The position is good and it's next to a beach for dogs, they are so cute! The apartment was quite big and comfortable

  Good hotel

  I spent a week there but not in summer so the swimming pool was closed. I really liked the apartment and the staff. The girl at reception was nice and helpful. She told me where to go and what to visit

  Good apartments

  I went there for few days because I wanted to stay longer in rimini and in the other hotel there were not rooms available. Big rooms with I think everything you need. Good location and nice swimming pool

  Would not recommend the apartments

  Ok, so where do I begin in describing our trip? First of all we rented an apartment for a week with them. We looked at the reviews on here and the pictures on there website, and it looked good for the price. We booked with them directly as it had an oven, so we could save some money by cooking inside. When we first arrived, we noticed that the apartment did not look anything like the pictures. We where in a party of 2 and there was no couch, as is shown on the picture. The apartment was generally clean, if you ignored the kitchen. When we arrived, we had to spend well over an hour cleaning the plates, as these hadn't been cleaned for a long period of time. When we opened the oven, it hadn't been cleaned at all, so we decided not to use it, considering you pay for an apartment, but can't use it due to poor cleanliness. The dials to the oven also had white mold or oil, I don't know, but I didn't want to touch it. On another note, the staff are very helpful and polite. A note on the air con, it doesn't work particularly great, we had to leave it on 24/7 just to feel any benefits, but that's how it works apparently, and for some strange reason, you have to keep the bathroom door closed. The bedding and towels where clean, and the general areas where clean. It's probably best just to rent a room with them rather than an apartment as I would imagine this would be better than what we had,
