  Bienestar a donde mires

  Un gran concepto, todo orientado a el bienestar y al fitness. Las camas súper cómodas con muchas almohadas. El área de ejercicio dentro de la habitación muy padre, incluso té proporcionan un libro de instrucciones para que puedas hacer una rutina. El baño elegante y práctico. Cuenta con cafetera, frigo, burro para planchar, caja de seguridad, pizarrón e incluso lamparita de colores para amenizar la habitación. El restaurante muy rico y saludable con varias opciones para iniciar el día de la mejor manera.

  Surprisingly good for the price I paid

  Given the hotel was much more affordable than nearby Hilton, I was surprised to see how good it was. Pros Walking distance to train station, near some decent places to eat and safe neighborhood. Room was clean, nice view, can keep it cool even in winter where most hotels are extremely hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioning is in the room and I love that and I cannot stand hotels with central air where the temperatures are centrally controlled. Large room, comfortable bed, mini refrigerator, exercise equipment in the room, and with appropriate facilities to stay active. Nice bathroom with large bottles for shampoo conditioner etc so very environmentally friendly. Great customer service. Cons. Coffee was mediocre at best, creamer was low quality, closet was a cupboard so hard to hang long womens clothes. No clean drinking water in the room. The exercise area and carpet felt a little muggy so cannot walk without shoes. Perhaps it needs cleaning and air should stay on to keep humidity down.

  Eva the manager was horrifically rude

  My husband and I came for a quick couples get away. We checked the room, and under the mattress found stains, dirt and worst of all, a used old jockey underwear. We asked to speak to the manager-Eva and she was completely rude to us and said it is impossible that an underwear could be there, basically accusing of us lying. She said if we didnt like it, we could just leave. EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. We came to her calmly, respectfully and nicely asking for a different room, and her attitude was quite concerning. Not sure how shes a manager. She needs customer service training. Not pleased and wont be coming back.

  Great idea, cramped in-room workout space

  This is a great idea for a hotel. It was clean and had workout equipment, however, dont expect that 2 people can easily workout at the same time in the rooms. We had a 1 bed room and I was told the other rooms with more beds had the same amount of workout space.

  Not for everyone

  This is a weird hotel. If you're looking for in-room exercise or yoga, then it's for you. But if not, beware. My room felt as if it were a home gym with a bed in the middle of it. There's no easy chair or couch. There's no chest of drawers. There's no microwave (although there is a mini-fridge). The desk is tiny. It's not a particularly comfortable work environment. Even the bathroom has issues. The faucet didn't seem to be adjustable--all you could get was (very) hot water out of a weird sink fixture that needed cleaning inside the spout. There's a white board with a handwritten welcome note from the hotel maid, but it's been used so many times that it's dirty with the faded messages of previous maids. There's no free coffee in the lobby in the morning. There was a light in my room with a burnt out bulb. The others were fluorescent and cast a weird glow onto the bland color scheme of the room. Maybe we have so many hotel brands in America that there's room for this one. If so, that's fine. But while others might like staying here, it's not for me.
