  Absolutely amazing, Ashley at the front desk was so helpful and very friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. Best experience ever. Marriott never disappoints Id definitely recommend to anyone

  Very well kept hotel

  I stayed at this hotel during the weekend of October 18th 2019 and what I appreciated most of this hotel is how clean and well kept they have it. The hotel could have recently been updated but if not, they do a very good job of keeping it very clean and it looks very new as well. This location is about 1 hour away from Atlanta but if you are visiting friends in the area or just need to be in the area for business or other local attractions, the location is good. There are Restaurants close by and the expressway is very close too. Very friendly staff and the breakfast had a good variety of items. They have the typical warm breakfast items such as Scrambled eggs, sausage patties and hard broiled eggs. They have a small variety of cereals and some breads. Overall good breakfast and its free. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need to be in the Woodstock area.

  Wonderful Staff and Location

  As a Lifetime Titanium Ambassador level Marriott member, we have many choices of properties to choose from. We recently spent the night at this property and were very pleasantly surprised by the wonderful reception received by everyone on site, including Tom U (the General Manager) along with several hotel employees, including Kiwanis. Everyone made us feel like family and provided a great suite upgrade. The property is fairly new, and exceptionally clean and inviting. The breakfast buffet was first rate. The location is very convenient to many restaurants and major highways. We look forward to our next stay.

  Marriott vs Hilton ?

  I stayed at both this week. Im a HH and the rooms have been very disappointing lately, regardless of what town I stayed. I tried a this Marriott. I AM SUPER IMPRESSED ! Rooms are very clean, rugs are clean, bathrooms spotless. Above all ASHLEY front desk made a difference in my check-in and I will certainly stay here again. I am considering Marriott grounds on my next visits.

  Not Worth The Price For No Services

  We spent one night here while travelling north, on a reservation made with Expedia. The hotel was much more than other chains listed and is definitely overpriced for what you get. Check-in is supposed to be at 4:00pm and we arrived at 5:30 and the room was not ready. They were full the night before so they were not done cleaning the room, and I waited until 6:00pm to get checked in. No explanation why they dont hire more people. There was no coffee maker in the room as that would be unsafe? The plastic trash bag was in the bottom of the can unfolded. Why is it safer for me to handle the trashcan and put the bag in properly compared to housekeeping? The Internet was adequate for email but they suggest the premium at $4.95/night if you want to stream something. The room had a desk but poor lighting due to the position of the desk lamp. When I went to move it the cord was too short. Marriott is milking the Covid crisis to death by using it as an excuse for no service, yet charging high rates for the room and pretending you are getting luxury. I definitely do not recommend this hotel as it feels just like a rip-off.
