  Mothers 80th Birthday Celebration

  The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott provided excellent service for our Mothers 80th Birthday Celebration! I would highly recommend using the hotels Peach State Room to host events. The room is absolutely beautiful and can accommodate up to 120 people seated for dinner. The room also has built in cabinets to store party supplies and two separate built in counters on each side of the ballroom that can serve as drinking stations and gift tables. The foyer was an added bonus, we used the foyer for the food buffet. Sales Coordinator, Cheadee Doe; Executive, Gayla Wilkerson; and General Manager, are you be commended for the excellent service provided. I would definitely use this hotel/facility again.   Everything was Perfect

  This hotel was a great surprise. Everything looked new, the location was great, price was excellent, and the breakfast was the best breakfast we've had a hotel. There was a good variety, and they kept it well stocked. They even had cheese and salsa for my scrambled eggs!

  Very Dissatisfied Loyal Customer

  This location has been (past tense) a convenient and quiet location for my company. This past week, the quiet vanished and has been replaced by street racing from 6:30 pm -11:30 pm on the main highway just in front of this hotel. After calling the front desk that night and inquiring with another front desk employee, the city of Stockbridge allows the street racing. The racing is on a major roadway while other drivers are returning hime or visitors are driving to restaurants. My room was on the front facing this highway. I have been to drag races before and that is what I felt like I was - at the drag strip...it was that loud and constant. My company had ~15 employees staying on that highway with most at this hotel. No one had a good sleep due to the street racing. The other businesses on this highway should not accept this behavior and the lack of police enforcement. Until I am assured that the street racing has been eliminated, I will not be using this hotel again or any hotel on this road.

  Street Racing Noise Out of Control

  Stayed here many times in the past with a great result, however things have changed. According to the hotel staff, street racing goes on most of the night. If you like sleeping next to an Indy500 track during a race, this hotel is for you. Very disappointing.

  Enjoy Bugs? This place is for you!

  We discovered ants in the bathroom, crawling on the sink countertop and walls. My wife had to remove one from her bare skin that had apparently boarded an article of clothing overnight. When I brought this (as well as one ant corpse) to the attention of the desk clerk at checkout, she acknowledged that it was a chronic problem: "We've had the exterminator out several times." (Please scroll down to a similar review posted by another guest in August 2018; the problem is at least 2 years old and remains unabated.) The clerk refused to reverse the overnight charge, and stated that I would be contacted by the local management the next day. (She was otherwise polite and professional.) I did not receive the promised call, and after 5 days I contacted Marriott Customer Service (we are "Titanium Elite" Marriott members). A day or two later, the local manager called and advised that the room charge would be reversed. It was.
