  Welcome Respite from Travel

  After traveling all day in the holiday rush we made online reservations to spend the night at this Fairfield before continuing travel the next day. Check in was a breeze and the front desk person, Bhupati, quickly and kindly saw to our needs. Sleep was comfortable and check-out the next morning was a breeze, and once again we were met with smiling faces and good wishes. We will be back if we are in the area.

  Great deal

  THe hotel is new and sparkles and the deals are really good, especially with breakfast included. The pool adequate and workout equipment is new and space is big enough for a really good workout. If you want to have a glass of wine, go to the fire pit.

  Pandemic Policy Fail

  I am a loyal Marriott Platinum Elite Member that would expect better customer service from a trusted brand of Marriott. I booked an out-of-state trip and a room for 3/13/20 for a music concert which was cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic. I called to cancel my room reservation as soon as the concert cancellation was announced. The cancellation request was a full 24-hour advance notice. I called the hotel directly to explain the extenuating and dire circumstances that we are experiencing nationally and the manager was discourteous, not understanding, and inflexible during this very sensitive time. The manager refused to offer any consideration for a refund. I was simply told I would be charged the full rate with no exception whatsoever. What kind of message does this send from a major hotel network to again a loyal Platinum Elite member, especially during this critical crisis? I would like to be contacted to arrange a full refund. Anything less is unacceptable.

  Clean and new

  We enjoyed our stay. Room was extremely clean and looks brand new. Great shower. Well designed room with space for three of us to spread out. Quiet. Outdoor patio very nice since we had time to relax and the indoor pool is still closed. Good service from front desk. My only criticism is trash in the parking lot and along the curb where the patio is...was there when arrived and still there when we checked out.

  Staff and Marriott Louisville NE did a great job providing a Covid-safe experience

  In the past I have depended on my fellow TripAdvisors, and I thank all of you. Therefore, I am doing my part now. Sometimes we have to travel, and it is good to know when their is a safe place to stay. During Covid, we have declined many family events, but this one we felt we needed to attend. We booked three rooms: a King, and a Double Queen which adjoined our King two-room suite. When we came to the hotel, we were greeted warmly and safely. Each room was spacious and clean. The bathroom has lots of counter space around the sink for getting ready before an event. The two-room King was especially nice with a bar sink, mirror, microwave, and refrigerator. The beds were super comfortable. There are other Marriott properties next door, but there was no noise. There is a major shopping center/restaurants nearby. There was coffee and muffins available downstairs. I warmed my blueberry muffin in the microwave and it hit the spot. It has been a week since we were there and the only two who are sick played with the toddler with the runny nose. :)
