  Good location in Makati. Easy access to all restaurant. From the Hotel Manager, Front Desk, Bellman & Housekeeping friendly & great attitude.Clean & fresh towel daily. Great Wifi & plated breakfast daily. Has kettle to boil water & bottled water to make coffee. Will stay again in my next visit to Makati.

  Basic but sufficient

  Best thing about Fersal Neptune is their location. It is right smack at the centre of Makati Avenue - a stone's throw from a new mall, public transport available right in front, banks and restaurants all over the area. This branch has been there for the longest time. Never tried it until last December - twice. The room interiors are not new especially those in the first two floors. But the AC works well and there's hot water in the shower. Each room has a small ref and percolator for hot water. You may opt to have breakfast with your room rate. Room rate is reasonable. Basic but it delivers the necessary stuff. Wifi is quite weak though.

  Nice location

  Right where the action is, at the heart of Makati's bustling night life. I was given a really nice room worthy of its rate that Saturday night where the whole of Makati was packed. Nothing extra ordinary about this place except for the parking that is extraordinarily small. No breakfast whatsoever. Lobby too small and I do not recall anuone who gave an exemplary service.

  Comfy and friendly

  I commend the respect and friendliness of the staff most especially the reception and housekeepers who easily responded to my requests. You guys are so amazing! Some fixtures needs of renovation but still you can sleep well. I am not after to the amenities but rather to their service. I will surely comeback here. God bless you all! Ps: Thanks, to the pretty small girl on the reception and to the guy who helped me i forgot their names but they really did a great job. See you guys again soon!

  I stayed in this budget hotel for a couple of nights. The complimentary breakfast served at the room had limited vegetarian options. The location is strategic and the hotel provides access to numerous shopping experiences and restaurants in Makati City.
