  Below Expectations

  Stayed in Unit 5104 Hampton Place. The complex itself is well kept and a good location. I was told by rental company that this was a very nice unit. I was very disappointed to find a 20 year old condo that looked it. The carpets were stained and the laminated floors were warped and covered by throw rugs to hide. Nothing has been updated. This could be a nice condo with a good view considering it is a first floor unit if it was updated. All the appliances are very old. I would stay at Hampton Place again. Just not in this villa.

  5107 Hampton place

  Needs updating. Floors are old. Ty's are old. Remote didn't work. It is close to the beach. Other downfall place we rented from horrible. Never again use vacation rental pros. Windows need a wash. Wasn't cleaned at all.

  First time visit

  Stayed here for the weekend. The overall villa complex was very beautiful. The pool area and sundeck was great. Even had an adult only pool area which I liked. However the villa we stayed in was very cluttered. One bedroom had 2 full size beds taking up most of the room making it difficult to move around the room. The shower was very small, barely enough room to turn around. It did have a giant tub. The closets were big but seemed to have a lot of the owners stuff taking up space. The kitchen was good size with good appliances and they have plenty of dishes and cooking stuff. There was no overhead lighting in the bedrooms or living room. They did have very old lamps that didn't put off much light. The door had a finicky lock, really prefer doors with codes not keys. Would definitely stay in the complex but would pick a different unit

  Do not rent 6108 Hampton place

  We have stayed in other condos in the Hampton place area and we love it! Very nice pool and right on the beach, but 6108 was old, dirty and falling apart!! Dirt and hair in the showers, stain on the carpet. Recliner broke so you cant even sit in it! Would not recommend this particular unit!!!

  DO NOT RENT 6107 Hampton Place in Palmetto Dunes!!! Disappointment!!!

  To say this condo needs updated is a complete understatement!! We rented through Hilton Head Rentals and the place was dirty when we arrived. All the furniture is completely dilapidated, tv's are not updated and no remotes worked. The curtains were atrocious! The curtain rods were falling down and the curtains did not even cover the windows. The windows all need replaced. The one thing this condo had going for it was the beautiful view, but the windows in the main living area had so much condensation on them that you could barely see out. The bedroom windows had shredded screens so you could not see out at all. The condo still uses a keyed entry but good luck getting in with the key as it barely worked. The balcony reeked of cigarette smoke and was covered in ashes. The balcony furniture was pure junk. Do not bother pulling the couch bed out. It is absolutely disgusting. The condo barely sleeps four people, let alone six people. The twin beds in the guest room are so small and uncomfortable. Overall this condo was just a junky disappointment. There was random junk everywhere, under beds, on shelves, in closets. The kitchen is completely outdated and not well stocked. Mold and peeling wallpaper everywhere. My best advice is to NOT rent this condo or rent through HILTON HEAD RENTALS. We have been coming to HHI for twenty years and this condo was the worst we ever stayed in. So gross and disappointing. I only gave it a star because I had to.
