  Great value, clean and comfortable

  Stayed here for a long weekend in feb 2020. Given the cost we werent expecting much but where pleasantly surprised I get the impression the apartments are privately owned so the furniture and condition may vary but ours was clean, generally in very good condition with a double bed and sofa bed which was fine to sleep on. Other in our group had various other sleeping arrangements. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Bathroom was clean and everything worked as expected. The bar in the apartments was large and a comfortable place to crash out for a drink after a long days skiing. Around a 5 minute walk to the gondola A breakfast option would have been nice to help you get on the slopes early but other than that I couldnt really fault them

  Decent stay

  You get what you pay for (not meant in bad way). Basic apartment in a rather big complex consisting of both a hotel and private apartments. The location is very good only 5 min walking from both ski areas. The breakfast as well as the dinner buffet is not worth the money in my opinion (I know you are not responsible for the main restaurant).

  Good location

  2nd year we have stayed here and location is great. There were 3 family's staying in different sized apartments all in the same block. Rooms are always really warm. It's about a 5 minute walk to the main ski slope. Cooking facilities in the room are reasonable. Only 1 main issue for us was the quality of the sofa bed which was not comfortable, would be ok for a child but not an adult.

  Great location, terrible, awful staff.

  Room was fine, comfortable enough beds, sizeable, light and airy. Wouldn't say the kitchenette is well equipped enough if you want a night in, but included half board in the already reasonable price is ok. Breakfast was adequate, cheap enough to eat elsewhere if you preferred. Location was perfect, everything you need. 5 minutes walk to the Gondola, just over 5 minute walk to the baby slopes. A little longer to the main restaurants and bars, but everything in Borovets is close enough. We hired our equipment from Hunters which were based in the Aparthotel Flora (confusingly similar name which mislead our transfers). Only a 2 minute walk next door though. You can keep your equipment there over night. Noting that if you want to night ski you will need to keep equipment in your room. The worst thing about the hotel is the staff. The receptionists are incredibly rude and unhelpful, we had issues with our key cards which at one point we were refused a spare key, or even being escorted to our room, it was shocking and abysmal. We were a large group and sharing key cards was difficult between a lot of us, however this was not appreciated or understood by the reception staff. If you are a group with any particular awkward requirements or a rather large group, then this may prove difficult for you.

  Dirty bedding

  We booked through love holidays but found out we were in private apartment on arrival. Dirty stained bedding, used kitchen sponges, couldn't sleep with pillows during stay due to the stains on them. Complained to company when there and on return but still no reply from them
