  Peaceful, Sparkling Clean

  We love this place. Parking is easy, the resort has everything including a restaurant/bar! Easy walk across the street to the beach and a playground for the kids. Great place to relax and unwind. Well be back for sure.

  Very nice stay room 309

  We were there in August too. Nice relaxing stay. Didnt do the usual, summer vacation stuff, although the zip line, parasailing and most other popular attractions were open. we saw a few seasonal restaurants that were closed due to Covid. We stayed in room 309, both times, and loved our room. The whole front and side of the living room is completely windows. The floor to ceiling windows allow you to see ocean front and all the way down the beach to the Ferris wheel. The hotel is directly oceanfront with a road in front of the hotel where cars travel 20-35 miles an hour and you cross the road and directly get on the beach. The palms trees and gazebo add to the tropical effect.

  Relaxing

  I have been staying at Forest Dunes for years. Very friendly staff, Very clean. They make you feel right at home. The Condos are beautiful. I wouldnt want to stay anywhere else. I highly recommend this place

  Christmas time with family

  the staff was so nice and great location for me so we could get out without having so much traffic love the lay out of the room and had everything we needed to cook with had enough room for everyone to dine together no one had to sit in the living room

  Run Away!!!!

  We left our stay at forest dunes a day early because we just could not take the grossness any longer. This property is awful. I took pictures to show the dirt, roaches, and disrepair. We will never stay here again. We couldnt lock the balcony door and the balcony next door was close enough for someone to climb over to ours.
