  Maravilloso Hotel

  Solo queda darle un reconocimiento a este Hotel esta fuera de serie, precio,lugar,limpieza,atencion, cuartos,estacionamiento comida EXCELENTE!!! un poco lejos pero vale la pena realizar el traslado mas si vas en carro,no se arrepentiran. En su proxima vista a Phoenix pasen por ahi ademas la zona esta de lujo.

  Nice from the Outside, Horrible Inside

  It looks nice from the outside, but the rooms are filthy and unsafe. We were originally assigned to a very dated, dirty third floor room. They were in the process of slowly renovating the entire floor and left all of the power outlet face plates off (with the power still on. I tested by plugging in my phone charger). Had one of my children reached in and touched the side terminal, they would have been instantly killed. I complained and we were moved to a first floor room that was missing one face plate... so they moved us to a third room that was even filthier and had a dripping bath faucet. We ran the HVAC fan all night to cover the sound. I was told that they would move us to one of their renovated suites for a significantly higher price. We declined. Please be wary of the hotel-submitted photos. They are not representative of the actual rooms. Just before checking out I went back up to the third floor and all the power outlet face plates were still missing in the hallway.

  Hotel is horrible

  Hubby and I stayed here one night on Thursday March 12th. I went on line to make a reservation but the website kept closing down on me so I called them up to ask them their room rate for a basic room, they told me $183.00 I told her that it sounded a little high and then she told me to go to Expedia which I did and I got the room for $153.00 a night. The staff we very friendly and helpful but the room that they said they were upgrading us to a remodeled room was horrible. The bathrooms wallpaper was peeling, the bath towels were cheap and thin. The pillows were hard. For an upgraded room it was horrible. The staff and the location was great but we will never stay here again.

  Renovated Rooms are a Great Value

  We stayed in a renovated room (251) in October. The room was longer (~40 ft) and wider (~16ft) than I have typically encountered. The decor was simple and tasteful. The view of the fountain was marred by condensation between the double pane windows. Inside there are indicators of the hotel's age that seem to contradict the clean outward appearance. Overall, I felt the room was a great value; the hotel would be on the top of my list if I return to the Phoenix area.

  Newer decor and spotless clean

  Modern newer, very well kept and spotless clean. Super comfortable plush mattress and fantastic pillows. Great location across from the lake and a very short walk to restaurants and shopping. Like almost all businesses in AZ, I just wish employees would wear masks at all times indoors. The 6' rule does not apply inside. I'm not a big mask wearer; I don't even wear one outside at all, but inside it's important. "It's America. I don't have to wear a mask at all." is not an appropriate response.
