  Nice One Night Stay

  Due to a flight cancellation, my wife and I had to stay in Appleton for a night. My wife found this great hotel which was beautiful. The room was very big, we had a very comfortable king sized bed, ordered good pizza, and had a relaxing evening. We did have one unfortunate occasion when a cleaning lady opened the door, but that was the only negative. We had breakfast in the morning, which was delicious, and they had a good range of food from cereal to bagels to hot food like sausage and eggs. Overall, I would recommend this place for anyone to stay in Appleton, as it is close to a lot of places.

  Great Stay

  The hotel was clean and when we had an issue with are room late at night Tyler was so nice and got it fixed right away and then was able to get us extra pillows and blankets. Great staff well definitely stay again

  Hmmmmm

  The room definitely needs refreshing. Wall corners are damaged. Nightstand was in terrible condition. Bed was comfortable and we got the best pizza recommendation from the young man at the front desk. We appreciate the military discount that honors our vets.

  Not as great as the reviews and website would have you believe

  For the price we got the room at this place is a steal. Beyond that I would not recommend it. Hot tub barely works, ice machine on our floor was broken, had to go to 2nd floor for ice. Our furniture looks like a pack of dogs had chewed and scratched the heck out of it, our room was next to the side exit and any time someone went in or out our door would rattle or bang really loud due to the air pressure change. Extremely annoying. Oh and they don't take down vehicle license plates so when some minivan's alarm horn was going off they couldn't do anything about it. Staff was very friendly and nice but the hotel itself needs help.

  Great Customer Service

  We stayed at GrandStay last night and left early this morning. We forgot something important in the room. We didn't realize it until we got home in the afternoon. We called and Lisa was very helpful!!
