  Moog Factory Tour

  En Agosto realizamos una visita a la Fabrica Moog ubicada en Asheville y nos hospedamos en el Four Points. Muy agradable hotel, cuartos espaciosos, tranquilos. Excelente atención de su personal y buen desayuno. El bar ubicado en el hotel ofrece cervezas locales de excelente calidad. Sin duda regresaría :)

  Terrible

  Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures online. If you bring your pet, they tell you its $75 flat but end up taxing you and its comes out to be 84.75. Then you have to pay an10$ parking fee each night that you are there yet theyre not responsible for anything that might happen to your vehicle while youre there. Their rooms were quite small. The only perk is that you were right in town within walking distance to a lot of places.

  police chasing a suspect at nighT< charged a pARKING FEE OF 10.00

  Do not stay here. This is a terrible location on the end of dark road. THe hidden fees of 89.00 if you had a pet that DID not damage the room were not explained. My 145.77 bill that I paid up front was 245.77, and the coups de grace was the Asheville police were chasing a suspect from the parking lot in the evening. THIS IS AN UNSAFE LOCATION

  Needs some work

  We stayed here prior to Covid. They are adhering to the Covid rules which changed some things - the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Williska (sp) cooked us a great breakfast from their very limited menu and she was very friendly and efficient but the restaurant was basically deserted on a Saturday morning. The rooms were adequate and had a mini-fridge and microwave but could have been cleaned better as there was dirt by the bed and nightstand. As a lifetime titanium member I stay at a lot of Marriott brands and am always given either points or a snack item on check-in and a voucher for breakfast if there is no concierge lounge. Here they gave a choice of points or breakfast - I could not believe it and questioned the clerk but he said that was their offer. The next night we stayed across the street at the Renaissance and was given points and breakfast without even asking. The room was much nicer there too...so stay across the street.

  Our room was excellent....good value!

  EXCELLENT large room, comfy beds....great bathroom...loved that the TV gave the option to log in to our own Netflix account....very helpful staff....negatives....public areas show their age...I have an electric car and after dropping off our luggage, since our room was not ready, I drove to a parking garage a few blocks away and paid to leave my car all night in a charging spot....when we returned to check in I advised the front desk that we were not parking on site since I had already filled out a card with my car info on it...yet after we checked out, a day later the hotel charged my card a $10 parking fee ...I don't even understand the $10 fee for those who did park there, they are on the edge of downtown with plenty of on site parking...the over all value was such that I decided not to fight the fee...but feel it would be more ethical to charge everyone $10 more on their room, and drop the $10 fee
