  Muy buen lugar

  Estuvimos dos noches, y realmente es un hotel amigable con sus pasajeros excelente atención del personal, solo recuerdo el nombre de Ladonna en recepción quien fue super amable ya que nosotros estábamos esperando un paquete importante pera continuar nuestro viaje y nos dio una mano importante. Todo el personal se destaca por su amabilidad y simpatia. Las instalaciones muy buenas buen colchon, sin ruido para poder descansar y un buen desayuno Pasamos muy a gusto, recomendable

  Long Shuttle Wait, Otherwise Nice Hotel

  I called for the shuttle after arriving at the hotel. I stood outside for 32 minutes waiting for the shuttle before I called again. I was told it should have been there but she would check. It showed up 6 minutes later...so it took me waiting 38 minutes to get a shuttle ride. It took 18 minutes to get to the hotel during rush hour. After arriving at the hotel, check-in was easy. The employees throughout the hotel were nice. ROOM (#211) The room was clean and comfortable. There was a king bed with 2 night stands (one night stand was also a table), chair and ottoman, closet with hangers, iron and board, a safe for valuables, coffee maker, clock, desk a snd chair, bench, and the HVAC worked well. There were 6 outlets and 2 USB outlets available for electronics. BATHROOM The bathroom was clean. There was a sink with countertop space, toilet, bathtub/shower combination, a hairdryer, and 2 outlets for electronics. GYM The gym was nice and had a variety of equipment. There had machines, free weights, and cardio equipment. There was something for everyone. BREAKFAST Breakfast buffet was tasty. I do not know the price as i was either in my rate or free because of Marriott status. They had oatmeal, cereals, bagels/breads/muffins/danish, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, steak and gravy, potatoes, whole and fresh fruit, yogurts, and make your own waffle. OVERALL The airport shuttle was free but it took a while to arrive. The room was nice and clean. The gym had a nice variety. Breakfast was tasty. I would stay here again.

  Good place for the price - upgrades needed but not too worn

  I booked the Four Points as the Marriott two buildings down was almost $600 for two night and this was about half the price. Certainly not as nice as the Marriott but for the price savings I think it was great. Easy parking and friendly enough staff. Building shows signs of age and could use some upgrades but the decor, tvs and lobby are nicely appointed. Its a balance between what I assume is an older building and an attempt to update. The bed was comfortable but too soft for my liking. AC worked very well. Bathroom was small but not inconveniently so. Room was spacious and fairly isolated from outside noise. I could hear everything in the adjoining room inside but it wasnt a big deal. Overall this is not a super fancy place but its clean, comfortable and a good price. I would stay here again for sure

  WONDERFUL place to stay.

  Me and the wife went to Memphis for a small vaca and decided to stay at this hotel. THE BEST choice me made about the whole trip. Very clean and centrally located to just about anything you want to do. The manager Lynnette is super friendly as well as Sharod that works the front desk. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

  Pretty decent hotel!

  I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days and it was a decent stay! The bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy. Due to Covid, there is no free breakfast, but complimentary coffee can be found in the room itself. The shower/bath in the room was definitely not my favorite. It was old and looked dirty... although it might have been the cleaniest that it could be. The hotel is older but slightly renovated. They didnt let me know about the $50 deposit when I first checked in. I found out about it the day that I checked out by checking my banking account and looking at reviews on this app. The staff was kind. I dont have anything horrible to say, I would stay here again if needed.
