  Freemantle Bed and Breakfast

  Freemantle B&B provides fabulous value for money. Shirley is a great front of house. This is a boutique style hotel that is super clean and provides a wonderful breakfast. The beds are comfy, room is quiet and well appointed even stocking my favourite Twining tea bags. We are not fans of the soulless big chain hotels favoring the ambience of this type of accomodation. We will recommend the Freemantle Bed and Breakfast to future travelers coming to Freemantle and we vow to also return to this hotel.

  Old building with so much charm and perfect position

  From entering the building we were immediately surprised with the warmness and feeling of the building. We had been given our room numbers and the keys were in the doors - Jocelyn and Evelyn rooms. We climbed the stairs and were very pleased with the rooms. The cleanliness and feel of the room was more than expected. We had tea and coffee making facility in the room and a small fridge with milk and water, a large screen wall mounted TV with many channels. It was situated within walking distance to Fremantle centre with so much to see and do. A great place to stay.

  Just loved it!!

  This was such an enjoyable experience. The hotel was immaculate, a joy to stay there. Location was perfect. We stayed in the Attic room, it was a little bright in the morning but other than that the room was delightful.

  Friendly staff and easy access

  We opted to stay here for one night between a late night flight from Melbourne, and the ferry to Rottnest the following morning. Access to the building at 2am was super easy via a entry code we received shortly after our booking, and the location was within walking distance to the ferry. Bathrooms are shared but there were two on our floor and didn't seem to be any issues with people waiting around. We did notice that there was some noise due to the age of the building and floorboards creaking when people walked around the hall in the morning, but the charm of this old building makes up for that. We stayed in room 3 which was street-facing and didn't notice any real street noise. Breakfast was delicious.

  Quirky building, great stay

  This fabulous building has an interesting past and is located perfectly for a visit to Freo. Close to the B Shed, E Shed markets, Roundhouse and city centre it is the ideal base for your trip. Our room was awesome - basement with double bed and 2 singles for the kids, comfortable lounge area, small well equipped kitchen and a small bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast was simple, freshly made, delicious and filling. The host was charming and very friendly and relaxed. We felt most welcome and the communication prior to our visit was excellent. Highly recommend.
