  Nothing to Write Home about

  A renovated hotel in the center of Galati. We stayed there for one night on October 2015. the Hotel is renovated very simple but clean, rooms are small, sleep quality OK. Breakfast is served in the basement and you need a spacial skill of navigation to get there. Once your in the dinning room, food is Ok. Service is polite.

  Like in a videoclip

  I was often in a room of Galmondo Hotel and I like it! First, for the colours of every room, walls, furniture and bed sheets. I like the wihite and fluffy bathrobe, like I saw in a romantic musical videoclip. I found all details what I need. I like the windows and teh silence of the hotels. The Peoples who work here are like a family and verry friendly. The Restaurant is so nice, with traditional food and drinks, with hunter trophy. The Hotel is in a good place of the city, equal away from many interest point for bussiness and holiday. The Football stadium is closed. Even other restaurants and shopping center. A safe parking and access. Verry comfortable place

  Terrible

  At 250ron/ night , this hotel is terrible ! It's a 2 stars hotel with name of 4 stars . Breakfast is poor( I wanted eggs and the staff told me that they don't have gas at the chicken ) , the heat is based on the air conditioner at this time .. in the bathroom it's resky to go without slippers ( slippers - don't exist ) , rusty bottle opener , sistem door not full functioning , smelly room, dirty sofa , smoking sistem not functional , sistem window is broken

  Absolutely Horrible

  By far one the wors hotels Ive ever stayed in. It is presented as a 4 star hotel but I would stay that it doesnt deserve more then 2. Just so you may have a clear insight about how things are handled here I can tell you that waking up in the morning and not having hot water didnt seem to be a strange occurrence for anyone. When I called the front desk to let them know about the problem they just told me just wait until hot water arrives. An answer like this would have been totally acceptable in a summer camping but not in a 4 star hotel. If you are a vegetarian your options at the restaurant are very limited, I could hardly find something to eat, bedsides French fries I mean. Overall coming here youll just waste your money, everything is bad!

  Terrible

  Honestly i am very disappointed, first i asked for some ice and i was sent to the restaurant had to go up the down two levels and when i hot there they were offended i asked for ice cause they had an event and so one , the attitude i've got it was desgrasgul , first they should've gotten the ice for me but anyways got back to the reception area they gave me the key to a dirty room, go back to reception to get the key to another room. Breakfast was included but no one informed me what time is the breakfast till even when i checked out and i asked about breakfast .Went to the restaurant and the lady there with even a worst attitude then the previous one told me the breakfast shut at 10.30 and when i said no one informed me she said i should've read the leaflets which i didn't get or they were somewhere in the room and she was like well now i'll give u breakfast like she was doing me a favour , I paid for.breakfast. The breakfast ....no choice they just brought me whatever , never asked if i will be ok with that or anything Honestly the service was absolute rubbish and the attitude ,especially of the restaurant stuff desgrasfull ,I don't know how that hotel got 4 starts
