  The Owners know what customer service means

  In Oct 2000, yes 2000, I was stationed in Vicenza with the USAF for 3 months. My wife with newborn girl 5months old wanted to come to visit and experience Italy. I planned a few days off, and we wanted to see Val Gardena but knew October was Off Season. Several places said they were closed. Herbert & Veronica talked to me on the phone and I explained my plight. We just wanted to visit for three days. No snow, just mountains, and solitude. They were closed too. They said come on up anyway, and gave us the run of their entire place. They served us breakfast each day and provided such a fantastic place with such great service, that we will never forget it. I hope they remember us. We were the ones with the friend who spoke German and put up with my failing attempts at it myself. I hope they are both doing well. Such a fantastic building. I'm woodworker and could never come close to the fine detail this building has. Gary Rolf, Seward, Nebraska

  Let be surprised

  By time of arriving you feel being a part of the family. All is just perfect, specially if you take in concideration being in a 3star house. Breakfast is very nice, and the rooms are very spacious and cosy. We made the right choise for our stay in Wolkenstein

  Great stay

  Had 3 night stay at a single room. Did arrive late, after reception was closed. They left me a key and instructions outside. Great kommunications. Great located in the middle of Selva. Owner/ staff was really friendly and helpful. gave useful information and tips when I asked for something. did not go for dinner or drinks at the hotel, but the breakfast was decent. ok selection of hot and cold food. would stay at this place again. thumbs up!

  Best vacation ever!

  Really enjoyed staying at the Garni Concordia in the beautiful village of Selva. The hotel is very nice, our room with a view of the mountains was fantastic, wonderful breakfast and the owners were super nice and helpful with ideas for hikes and activities in the area. The hiking in the dolomite's was the best we've ever experienced, stunning scenery. Lots of good food around, really nice restaurant next door. Grocery store close by. You can get to Selva by bus or car. We will definitely be back!
