  Perfect stay in Wertingen

  Since the name of our grandmother is Wertingen, she really wanted to visit this village. As a surprise we drove 850km with her and went to Wertingen. We slept in Hotel & Gasthof zum Hirsch which was a perfect hotel. The owner was very helpful, prepared a little gift for our grandma and helped us with what we had to visit. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast had everything you need. Via this way we want to thank again for the service and the experience our grandma had during our 3-days stay!

  Not a bad place

  This place tricks you into thinking its a sleepy little local hotel. It isnt. It might have a traditional front, but out back is a fairly big, modern extension. My room was ok. Nice bed. Clean. Quiet. With everything you need. The WiFi was quick, the shower hot, with a decent sized room. Overall really quite okay.

  Bavarian tradition at it's best!

  Stayed at Hotel Hirschen for three nights and much enjoyed modern designed rooms and fantastic bavarian food. Prices are very reasonable and quality of Hotel and Restaurant is top. A rare find! Would definetly recommend to stay and dine there even if it's not directly on your route. We will come back!

  Best place to stay when traveling in Bavaria

  Great friendly Bavarian hotel near Augburg. Spacious clean rooms great beds and shower. I really recommend the food schnitzels and local beer in die Stubbe. You can park your car on guest parking lot for free. Great value for money stay breakfast and diner.

  Awesome

  This is the second time i stay at this hotel... I am always in awe how well it has been re-furbished: it blends traditional German feel in a contemporary and fresh way. The quality/price ratio is just unbeatable for the service and the host, Dominik, is attentive, charming and dedicated. The food is great, the Negroni definitely sipable and the coffee is great. English is spoken throughout. Will certainly come back.
