  Booked four apartments for family and friends. Only two had balconies so make sure you check first if you would like a balcony as most of these apartments do not. The apartments were very clean and smart with everything you need. The pool itself was lovely but the pool area was disappointing. There are no sunbeds and lilos are banned so you have to use towels on the grass unless your apartments have a sunbed. No music allowed and there are a lot of rules. The residents, one in particular are quite territorial and rude. The lifts are the slowest that I have ever encountered. Finally, if you have a person in your party who has mobility issues there are no disabled facilities. We had a fire alarm at ten past four in the morning and a member of my party with mobility issues had to walk down ten floors before being dismissed and told that it was a false alarm. A low floor had been requested but the seventeenth floor was allocated. The security at the apartments is good as you have to open the gate and apartment block with a key. The air conditioning also works well.

  Second time

  Really liked staying here the last visit we had so decided to go for them again, booked with Zand properties, Reese checked us in very nice chap with excellent English, he does the maintenance at times also, their office is up near Gemelos 22 block 3, he made a point that it would have been a lot cheaper if I had booked with them directly Anyway I was lucky to get an apartment here as they are usually sold out, I had e-mailed Zand asking for a floor not too high and hoping for block 1 as its the first block off the street, got a reply from Leslie or Angela (both girls very nice to deal with) saying all that was available was an apartment in block 1 on floor 19, well as suggested by the girls they told me to make sure my good wife had a stiff drink before we arrived. I saw the humor in this and to tell you the truth we were delighted with it the views were excellent being in a corner apartment I think it was 19c, it was spotless, fine and large with all you need if I could say home away from home would suit the bill, we were very happy with it someone said in a previous review that the lifts were very slow I didn't think so and with a choice of four we had no problems Security wise you can't beat it all walled in with a key for the main gate a key for the entrance to the apartment block and another key for your room multi security lever lock I might add, as I said second trip to this lovely area with everything around you handy supermarket across the road for your bits and pieces and loads of watering holes all around you, happy out with the service Zand properties has and our accommodation No problem going back here again and have no hesitation recommending these great apartments.

  Christmas in Spain

  Beautiful apartments stayed numerous times this year this is the 2 nd time this year weve stayed for a month My view from the 30th floor is spectacular Next year the only month I wont be staying is august

  This apartment is amazing very nice and clean, fantastic views over Benidorm. In a good area for entertainment and Beach. Also visit to uncle Peds across the Road. We ate at Penny Farthing a few door away would highly recommend this place good value.

  Apartment 7D One bedroom with kitchen full bathroom and huge terrace

  We stayed for a month Dec 2020-January 2021 after moving from another horrible grotty apartment...Fantastic, glad we moved. Cheaper than anything we ever paid and a thoroughly brilliant stay. Lock-down was a total breeze in this well-equipped kitchen. The bed was super-comfortable, the apartment was spotless and Ben the owner was so helpful. Plenty of room and a modern light bright aspect made this a definite re-book. Well stocked supermarket across the street and town and the strip are both a stroll away.
