  Looking for a break? this is it. well appointed units, an hour from Tampa, but near enough ,i.e Publix, great diner, Joshua;s Kitchen to not be isolated at all. THis is more like a home, all is clean, well cared for and comfortable

  Quiet and peaceful

  Resort is in between Orlando (1hr) and Tampa (45mins). Very nice, clean and spacious condos. Great for family! Check in staff very nice as well. Plenty of places near by such as grocery stores and restaurant. Washer and dryer in units. We requested a playpen and highchair from front desk which they gladly brought to us. Only downside no pizza pan nor blender. Outside grounds in units need a little bit more TLC. had to clean up cigarettes butts from patio. Pool hours are from 9 am till sunset which did not work for us. Would not mind staying here again if it was a bit closer to everything else

  It is Not a Resort

  We stayed in a two bedroom unit for a whole week early of May on a timeshare from GeoHoliday. Unit is old can use fresh paint. Smelled musky when we walked in. Location - Place is quiet would not call it a resort. Swimming pool is not great. Distance between Disney World and Imperial Lakes is over an hour. It took us over an hour because everyday (we drove four days back and forth) there were accidents on I-4 Service - We were told to drop in between certain days and time during the week to register. Other days no one will be on site. We were unable to do so because we were out early in the morning and back late at night. Most of the communications were through phone and they were not easy trying to get hold of one another. On the positive side, agents were quite polite. Cleanliness - Bed sheets, towels and carpet were cleaned. Dish cloth contained lots of human hair. Dishwasher had almost a full cup of dish soap powder residue and food crumbs, Drinking glasses had food residue/stained. We had to hand wash all the dishes and run the dishwasher without the dishes since it was disgusting. We discovered the 2nd night when we turned on the oven that it was in horrible condition with a heavy chemical smell. Kettle was full of lime that when we boiled our water we noticed the water is yellow when pour into a glass. After the first night we had to clean the kettle and avoid as much as possible to boil water. Hair on refrigerator shelves. Found a slug the first night in the living room. Amenities - Only small bar of soaps were provided in each room. No shampoo or lotion. We were lucky that we brought shower gel and shampoo. Very stingy on toilet paper and only one roll as a backup for each bathroom. The utensils very basic eg. no kitchen scissors, soup ladle and plates were cheap "one dollar store plates"

  Pleasant Surprise

  We have always had good luck with our timeshares. We were concerned about this one only because it is in a very small remote town. The unit was fantastic! It was clean, the staff was so nice, and as it turns out there were lots of restaurants nearby that weren't listed on Google!

  GEO Holiday Lakeland.

  Centrally located & comfortable for 4 to 6 people. easy access to Publix grocery. 1 hour from orlando & Tampa. 1.5 From Coco Beach. Close to tolls & expressways. Check out Nicks for easy dinners & bagles! Some traffic to get to resort after you get off hy's but just drive the speed limit & watch for police!
