  Hotel Giongo, Spotorno

  Very nice and helpful staff at the hotel! Cosy italian breakfast with lots of wonderful homemade cakes at the hotel.The location of the hotel was SUPER! Nice beach just across the street, and the city was really nice and cosy with small charmful streets and many nice places to have wonderful food & wine! We stayed for 1 week with 2 children (9,11)and we would really like to go back!

  A hidden gem

  Very clean. The included breakfast is incredible. All homemade cakes and a wide variety of foods. Staff are very friendly. About 3min walk to beach. The hotel is nestled in the town close to many restaurants. 10 min walk approx to train station.

  Cosy hotel

  A very nice family hotel. There were really helpful the hotel is very clean and the breakfast is got all to start a lovely day by the sea. the hotel is situated very convenient close to the sea on one side and close to the shops to the other side.

  Wonderful hotel

  "Giongo" is a nice, family-run Italian hotel in the very centre of Spotorno. We spent 6 wonderful days here this August and the hotel met all our expectations - convinient location, comfortable rooms, nice service, friendly and welcoming owners. Staying there was like staying at home or with your very good friends. The breakfast was substantial and variuos with delicious home-made cakes. I still remember their taste and the smell of freshly-made capuccino:) The decoration is designed by Marina, the owner. You can feel her exsquisite taste in every single piece of furniture or picture. Definitely will come here again.

  Wonderful and very cozy boutique hotel

  Stayed here for 4 hights in September 2018. Very lovely hotel indeed! The location is great - close enough to the sea, right at the beginning of the ancient part of the town and at a walkable distance from the train station. The breakfast was superb! The eggs are prepared by individual request of each guest, the same - for coffee. There was always quality proshutto cotto and cheese, fresh fruits (melon and watermelon included), wonderful home made cakes... You feel special. The rooms are kept clean, the kettle and a set of tees are provided. On a balcony there is a possibility to dry beach towels etc. There is a 10% discount available for the nearby beach facility, and the free beaches are also not far from the hotel. The managers and staff are very nice people too - they are very happy to help you anytime. The cost/value ratio was great (for me). Should I visit Spotorno in the future, I will definitely consider Giongo again.
