  Brilliant all round - excellent

  Stayed three nights after having walked out of 2 other hotels. Excellent staff and service. Location is brilliant - one building back from the very noisy D Tran Phu which is the main drag along the beach front. Only 150 metres or so to walk from the Hotel to the corner, across the road and the verge and you are at Louisiane Brewhouse. Breakfast service and options was excellent. A nice rooftop pool but we spent all day down at the beach lounging etc. very good facility and excellent value.

  Not a great stay

  Apart from the great location very near the beach and restaurants, we don't have much to recommend about this hotel. You could see into a different room through a gap between the wall boards of our room, the electricity went out on both nights on the entire floor, the rain was pouring in through a hole in the ceiling and the staff was unhelpful. The breakfast was unappetising to say the least. It was quite a let down after many lovely and less pricey hotels in other parts of Vietnam.

  Not good

  The only thing that was good was the location. The staff was really really unfriendly. Even the owner who was on the reception didn't say goodbye when we checked out. The pool was dirty and on our room there was a big gap between the door and the floor and in our bathroom we couldn't close the little window. You could hear the yelling from outside so we slept with quite a bad feeling in this hotel. Our alarm clock was the construction site which woke us up at 7am every morning. The breakfast was not good at all and the dining room was so crowded and everything is written in russian. As a non russian we didn't feel wellcome at all!

  We visited this hotel and I would not go back. The staff don't speak very good English so it is hard to have any kind of discussion with them and all the signs and notices are in Russian. The room was clean but the window in the bathroom couldn't be closed let alone locked. Good air con and shower and the location is great but that's about all. They keep your passports for the duration of your stay also - Use them as collateral if you damage the room. Lots of noise from inside and outside the hotel and you can smoke anywhere in this hotel it seems as there are butt bins on every floor.

  Great hotel - Super cool staff

  The best thing about this hotel apart from the super friendly staff were the rooms. The one I got on the top floor was sunny spacious, with a balcony and with great views. I was close too the pool on the roof which suited me. The shower was an interesting feature as the head of shower was aimed at the wall across from the shower and had tendency too want too flood the bathroom. There was something written in Russian in the bathroom that may have explained this. There was good choice for breakfast and ample too eat. There is a happy hour bar just down the street, and if you want a haircut their is a guy that can do that for you just ten meters up the street.
