  Need maintenance, below expectation

  Booked online payment for 3 people, called the hotel, and they said they will provide 1 king bed and 1 single bed. Turn out, the single bed was a foldable portable bed, which is not comfortable at all. My sister could not sleep since the fold section was in the middle, hence making it very uncomfortable to sleep. They shall provide an extra layer of a mattress to avoid having the fold section right on your back. The toilet was okay, but really need maintenance since the toilet door was cracked, and no tissue hanger at all in the toilet. The room space was good. The service was great, staffs are nice.

  The most affordable syariah compliant hotel in Ampang

  The food here is quite delicious and reasonable especially the cucur. The room is quite spacious but in need of a little bit of maintenance or otherwise it would be perfect. Highly recommended for muslims and others too.

  Average Hotel with potential to be Great

  I stayed two nights here; bed and breakfast. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The breakfast spread consisted of Continental and Malaysian. The staff is very polite and seemed eager to please the customer. But their service, especially repair of malfunctioning hot water supply to the shower, is very slow: took 24 hours to fix the problem. There was no reading/writing light over the desk/counter

  After the grand entrance things go a bit downhill

  We spent a week at this hotel,we chose it because its near the venue of a wedding we were attending.The entrance of this hotel is very grand and promising but once you get to the room you get suddenly disappointed,not by the room itself which is quite large with very comfortable beds but by the bathroom basin full of mould.We had breakfast one day and it was pathetic,not one single sweet bread or biscuit,butter and jams were served each in a common bowl with a knife inside and you had to use that knife to spread both onto the toast.Chambermaids were the only staff that made us feel welcome,we and the other 3guests attending the wedding were the only Europeans,we really didnt feel welcome at this hotel.

  A good hotel for safety

  Actually all the facilities are good and even located near the famous Ampang Point.The swimming pool is with good standard.The cost of stay is based on your budget.The room is good with nice views. All the staff are courteous.
