  Concierge so so rude!!

  Timeshare lady was so incredibly rude. I politely said I wasnt interested in a timeshare presentation and she shoved the parking pass at me. I could not believe how she acted. It was shocking. Our unit is clean and nice. I will never return to this property because you must go through these horrible people to get your parking pass. Pressuring me then being rude when I refused your invite was not nice. At all.

  Very friendly, Beautiful Resort

  We Stayed in the Surrey at Carriage Place because they accept pets. The staff is very friendly, the resort is beautifully maintained and is in a great setting. They have an indoor pool, a play ground, small gym , volleyball and a horseshoe pit. We will definitely come back and would recommend it. The one thing that puts us off is that you have to meet with a sale staff to receive your parking pass but they are not pushy.

  Massive clean 3 bedroom suite

  Phenomenal massive clean 3 bedroom suite. 2100 sq. ft. Fully stocked apartment. lol Very nice place to stay. We definitely want to come back. Right on/over looking a golf course. Was on the fifth floor but has elevators. Has luggage carts. Minutes from all the action that Branson has to offer.

  Branson's Grand Crown Resort

  Excellent place to stay and excellent customer service. Condo was very clean. Extra towels on hand so there was no contact with anyone. I highly recommend staying at Grand Crowne resort. It is conveniently located to most everything in Branson.

  DO NOT STAY Here now and it is terrible.

  We have stayed here a few times and the first time was nice. The last time it was dirty. I wanted to give it another try and it is filthy AGAIN. We are in building 1 in a B and C unit combination, and they are both very dirty. Cheerios, a blue sticker, and other trash was in the floor. A pubic hair was on my sheet, and pillows looked like they had been slept on. The hot tub doesnt work in unit C and the light above our hot tub in unit B doesnt work. The hot tub in C was dirty with hair in it. My husband had to vacuum the floors, because it was so dirty in both units. I do not recommend anyone staying here. Again, we are here now, Dec. 29, and we are not impressed. There were no COVID preparations. It did not smell clean.
