  After French let's write it again in English. might help.

  3 nights in this fantastic hotel, for a family meeting in Firenze. We asked to have the front page picture on Booking.com changed: does not help at all to trust the offer throught the rest of it's pictures. We can definitely recommand it. Arriving by train ormby car. (private parking). 3 minutes cab from the railway station to the hotel. Wonderfull double marble hall, great reception, lounge, free wifi or personnal code during the stay. Quick and efficient check in an check out. Staff ready to help for any subject required. Multilingual. Nice place for breakfast. Good restaurant in case of meeting for business. 10 minutes walk from historical center!!! 5 minutes from the Arno. And a charming welcoming most professionnal pizzeria restaurant just oposit. (No worry about the street nor the welcoming center for immigrates. It's everywhere in Italy and fully under control) Quiet nights included, as this hotel has been built to offer quietness for every room. We travel for 30 years now for our work. 6 stars to 4...or even in Himalayas. Let's say: an experience of hotels. KTM (May 4th to 7th)

  Very Nice Hotel if in Montesilvano

  We stayed at this hotel whilst working in Montesilvano. The hotel is located on the beach, but also has it's own pool area. It's very spacious, with a bar and several areas for dining. The lobby is grand, with a bar. A nice place to relax with friends and colleagues. The rooms are comfortable and offer all the basic requirements, for the business traveller. Wifi was a little limited, but easily accessed from the lobby. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The food portions were generous and the quality of the food was nice. The staff were very friendly and whilst they all spoke English, we enjoyed speaking using my basic italian. I would certainly stay here again, when working in Montesilvano.

  cool hotel delicious food friendly kind staff

  We Like this hotel because all the staff are always so Kind and friendly,the food is delicious with an excellent dining staff all waiters are working very well and synchronized, they always smiling even they working hardly.Thanks to all of them maybe see you soon sometimes.

  Horrible.. Stay Away

  We stayed for 4 nights and just checked out yesterday. Hotel is pricey and staff are very rude. Stale breakfast ( worst we had in Italy over 5 different cities in past 10 days), crammed rooms and unfriendly overall. They also charge city tax which you must pay only in cash!!! City was great except we stayed in bad hotel..

  Nice hotel, great food and staff in Montesilvano

  We stayed at the hotel at the end of November, for 3 days with around 100 people to celebrate a 100th Birthday, The reception and resturant staff were very friendly, from the moment we arrived, until we left. Breakfast, lunch and dinner, was served in their main resturant. The had a nice selection of fruit and cakes for breakfast, then a variety of pasta for lunch and dinner. The quantity and quality was perfect. Our rooms, we're of a good size, with a view of the sea. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
